I received the following e-mail moments ago from Google News.
Needless to say, I am pretty damned ticked.
I challenge Google News to find one instance of 'hate speech' on this site that is not either a case of sarcasm, humor, or a direct quote used in the context of a post that attempts to do just the opposite.
Unless, of course, Google News considers saying bad things about Jew hating anti-semites, fascists who would impose religious law, or those that cut off the heads of innocent civilians hate speech. Cause in my book, that's a good thing.

just what is going on in the offices of google. And see who

Yahoo Search is actually a hell of a lot better than Google's. It's more recent and has better results (there was a site that gave direct comparisons of each and then let you guess which was which but I forget it - but Yahoo was much better).

Excuse my language... but that's absolute bollocks. I'm probably the most "liberal" regular visitor to the Jawa Report and I can categorically say that nothing I've ever read on here constitutes 'hate speech'.
I regularly complain about almost all of Rusty's posts - I dislike his anti-Arab predjudice, his posting of gruesome terrorist propaganda videos, his 'realist' overeagerness to condemn international organisations such as the UN... hell I take issue with almost everything Rusty posts on this site.
But the only reason I keep coming back here is because Rusty presents a right-wing agenda totally within the confines of what I consider to be a legitimately (and unabashadly) bias perspective - and that's coming FROM A "LIBERAL". Everyone has a right to their opinion; and I'm grateful to Rusty for being able to read the opinions of a 'traditional conservative' without being inundated with prejudist bullshit.
Being an Englishman I'm fully aware of the dangers of inciting race hatred - just look at the BNP if you wanna see what blind prejudice is capable of - and from my cautiously tolerant p.o.v. I support the Jawa Report 100%.
I'd echo Rusty's calls for EVIDENCE of his supposed 'hatred'. I've observed his writing style and I don't believe he's guilty of any such crime whatsoever. If everyone who visits this website emails Google and complains about their policy, then perhaps they will reconsider their stance.

I have yet to read "hate speech" from Jawa. My e-mail to Google said:
"I just read that your search engine will no longer bring up the Jawa Report because of hate speech. I would appreciate your giving me specific examples of hate speech on Jawa which exceed that of other sites shown preferential treatment by Google.
Stand behind your position, please."
Something I do know is that I will no longer use Google as a search engine. If I wanted one-sided opinions and news, I wouldn't need a search engine! I depend on search engines to seek out various news sources so I can find the "truth" of any given matter.
Pfft to Google. I rely on Jawa to link me to non-MSM sources.

The major group behind tagging websites as hate sites is the Jewish Anti Defamation League (ADL). They probably nailed you. They're the biggest cry babies in the world.
I have made some statements that have been critical of Israel and of the American policy vis a vis Israel on this site. I said over and over that I am not an antisemite despite being called that by some of your readers. Being critical of Israel is not antisemitic.

Google investors, maybe you should examine that email again and ask yourself: "Can I really trust a company that would send an official email as anti-professional as that NOT to blow through several billion dollars, like Enron did?" In fact, I would love to see a comparison of that email with Enron documents introduced as evidence in the prosecutions of Jeff Skillings, Andrew Fastow, or Ken Lay. I would bet they didn't read like they were written by a Russian immigrant who learned how to write notes from Juan Epstein!

Google and their entire operation sucks so don't even bother with trying to reason why they dropped your site from Google News. The "hate speech" that comes from your site is hate against terrorists. Strangely Google deems speech from those same terrorists not as hate speech because they include stories which relay their messages.

It appears that Internet giant Google goes out of its way to carry unpatriotic, ant–Semitic and conspiratorial hate sites on its Google News.
These “Conspiracy Planet” titles, for example, are indexed on Google News (http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&ned=us&ie=UTF-8&q=%22conspiracy+planet%22&btnG=Search+News). They included, “George W. ‘Lips’ Bush : First Gay US President?” and “Bush - Pope Ratzinger Money Laundry Conspiracy” and “Gannon: Gay Hooker in White House Services Pols.”
Then there are offerings from the pro-Islamic anti-American “Jihad Unspun”, whose moniker is “A Clear View of the US War on ‘Terrorism.’”
One article was titled, “BEWARE: The New AMERICAN Quran Is Another Devious Trick.” Another was called, “Jaish Al-Islami Assassinates High Profile US Officials...”
As my friend terror researcher Johnathan R. Galt (who is primarily responsible for the research in this article) told me he wrote in a recent e-mail to Google, “Why are you (Google) evil?”
What made this situation worse was that Google News banned the Jawa Report (http://mypetjawa.mu.nu/archives/073310.php), which features pro-American commentary.
In fact, Google reportedly charged the Jawa Report with propagating “hate speech.”
The Google Team reportedly wrote to the Jawa administrator, “Upon recent review, we've found that your site contains hate speech, and we will no longer be including it in Google News. If you can guarantee that your news no longer includes hate speech, we will be happy to re-review the site for inclusion.”
The Jawa administrator wrote (http://mypetjawa.mu.nu/archives/073310.php), “I challenge Google News to find one instance of ‘hate speech’ on this site that is not either a case of sarcasm, humor, or a direct quote used in the context of a post that attempts to do just the opposite. Unless, of course, Google News considers saying bad things about Jew hating anti-semites, fascists who would impose religious law, or those that cut off the heads of innocent civilians hate speech. Cause in my book, that's a good thing.”
And as Johnathan Galt wrote to Google, “Do the Google employees who decide which sites are worth including as valid news sources REALLY HATE JEWS and AMERICANS?”

Because of its news content, our web master has tried four times to get our site on Google News. Sadly, but maybe not surprisingly, weÂ’re still waiting. Could it be that the Jawa ReportÂ’s no longer being carried by Google News is for the same reason that Joy JunctionÂ’s web site has never been carried?
Could there be a liberal, anti-conservative, anti-American bent among some of GoogleÂ’s staff? It certainly appears that way, because for the moment thereÂ’s no Joy (Junction) at Google News.
With that in mind, if youÂ’d write (politely) to Google at source-suggestions@google.com and ask them what they have against the Jawa Report and Joy Junction, weÂ’d both appreciate it!
