New research indicates parts of the brain that govern fear and anxiety are switched off when a woman is having an orgasm but remain active if she is faking.This explains the bumping-into-walls behavior that I've repeatedly seen over the years. I always thought it was just something quirky and unexplainable.In the first study to map brain function during orgasm, scientists from the Netherlands also found that as a woman climaxes, an area of the brain governing emotional control is largely deactivated.

Does that mean that when a woman is having an orgasm, she thinks like a man?
All joking aside, it's a known fact that women are generally right-brain dominant, and men are generally left-brain dominant, with the right brain being all about creativity and emotions, and the left being logic. So if the right-brain aprtially shuts off, that would make women more men-like in their thoughts, no?

A friend told me that the researchers had to use state-of-the-art precision instrumentation to detect when the female brain turned off. Normally, I'm told, the change of state is undetectable.

It's my understanding that the male of the species has no cognitive function in either head. One gives him the motor function necessary to feed and clothe himself and the other would gleefully lead him over a cliff as it cares nothing for its host.
