Glenn Reynolds income watch

Holy schneike! You mean people actually get paid to do this?? And here I've been giving it away for free!

Ok, so Glenn Reynolds gets $4k a month for a premium blogad.
His 'second slot' blogad goes for $2k a month (x2).
For 'regular' blogads you pay $1k a month (x5)

Pop quiz cowboy: How much does Glenn Reynolds get paid to blog a month?
Answer: $13k a month!!!

What change since August 4th, when I first ran the numbers? Reynolds raises his slot one price by a grand a month, and this is enough to make up for losing one advertiser in the regular slot. Total revenue change: none.

1 Minor change. With a bit of effort he could get more.

2 That sucks! I'm only making 10K a month. (I wish) Whatever. Maybe some day.

3 Maybe I'd make more if I actually ran ads on my blog, but I kinda doubt it.

4 I forget who made this observation recently... if anything, the esteemed professor is undercharging for ads at InstaPundit. His blog, his rules, of course. But this has the effect of depressing ad rates across the blogosphere. I demand more ad revenue for Pr. Reynolds!!!

5 But I heard that law professors work pro-bono, so it all evens out. (I said pro-bono)
