With a Limey name like Basil he can not be a Tar Heel. Should be Bo, Bill, Bob or even a Celtic Brian; but no one in the Carolinas names their child Basil. I've been there.

Family left North Carolina in the mid 1700s. Fought in the Revolution in South Carolina. Then moved to Georgia in the land lottery. Been there ever since.
