In the western world, man should only be the entering one, never the receiving end, so only straight men and bi/straight women should be allowed to exist in the advanced societies of the west. (not meant to sound "Kill people who are different to maintain purity of the people!" Suggesting making the just-gay ones migrate to areas where they don't negatively influence children in countries of low birth rates with their way of life.
