If schadenfreude is delighting in watching someone else's misery, what's the word for taking delight in watching someone else's misplaced joy?
You'll know what I'm talking about if you read the leftie blogs.

I know what you mean but I don't know the word for it. The leftards are just bursting with happiness right now because they've got 2000 dead American soldiers and a man named "Scooter" has been indicted. Whenever they get around to their precious revolution, I'm going to build a wall of their empty skulls.

Vinnie: Thank you for not linking to anything in particular. I always feel so dirty after I go there.

I'm not sure what the word is, but I think it's the same one that describes the feeling you get when you go into the monkey house and see the monkeys committing the sin of Onan.

How about "blue balls?"

The real partying won't begin unless Rove or Cheney are indicted. What are you guys afraid of? Powerful, corrupt people being bitch-slapped by justice? The current administration gives true Republicans a bad name. Most politicians don't represent the hardworking, honest people of America and it's a total sham that they get away with as much as they do. If they have violated the law, let the hammer fall.

I think it's a phrase you're thinking of, like "dog in the mangerish" or "sour grapes." Personally, I prefer crapweasel.

Who cares what the worms do? I don't pay any more attention to them than I would a piss ant. I don't go to their blogs, I don't watch their news, I don't mingle with any of them, and for all intents and purposes they don't exist in my life. I feel a lot cleaner that way!

osama you are subhuman scum and I would like to watch you bleed out slowly while I remove your skin with a shard of broken glass. Have a nice day!

Osama, not to worry. There's a new election coming up in three years and you can start bitching soon enough after that about the new admin. as well. What you should be rooting for is a clean sweep of the CIA, FBI and DoD much more so than even the executive branch. Doesn't matter who's in the Oval Office as long as those departments remain infested. Porter Goss sure caused a shake up, didn't he? I'd like to see more of that.

Ah, nothing like IM to spice things up. I'd rather you use the lid from a rusty sardine can to cut my flesh...but only if you stop the bleeding enough to keep me alive and let me savor the torture.

Oyster...I'd like our whole "gubbamint" to be turned upside down and cleaned out. I think voting is an illusion. Merry FItzmass!
