Wanna See Something Really Scary?

This goes well beyond anti-semitic rhetoric and nuclear saber-rattling:

"On the last day when I was speaking, one of our group told me that when I started to say 'Bismillah Muhammad', he saw a green light come from around me, and I was placed inside this aura," he says. "I felt it myself. I felt that the atmosphere suddenly changed, and for those 27 or 28 minutes, all the leaders of the world did not blink. When I say they didn't move an eyelid, I'm not exaggerating. They were looking as if a hand was holding them there, and had just opened their eyes - Alhamdulillah!"
The speaker is Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, president of Iran.

3 That guy doesn't just want a Caliphate -- he wants to be the Caliph himself.

4 Change a few words and you've got a quote from that doped-out crew who followed Charles Manson. Or Heaven's Gate. Or Aum Shirokyu.

6 Whatever... 'Everything you say can and will be used against you in propaganda', so what you make of this one? Might he be anti-christ, or perhaps "evil" Saladin on a Jihad to destroy modern Crusaders, the Jesus-fearing (I've come to conclusion that Usacs think that guy is God) people of Usa? You'd be as hostile, most likely even more hostile, if EUvians for example tried to buy everything in your country and forced their own news and programs to your media to control the peoples opinions and business in Usa. Just too bored to care, it's obvious you're doing your part in mediaflaming for a new war before Bush gets the boot.

7 You have to give the guy some credit. That's one of the best attempts to deny a fart ever. He could have just said afterwards that John Bolton did it, but instead he tried to make it spiritual with 'green auras' and atmospheric changes. If it produced all that, he's lucky the sprinklers didn't activate.

8 I'm not saying that capital punishment is the answer for stupidity, but if Finland took all the warning labels off everything, the problem would take care of itself.

9 Damn you Oyster, I nearly shot chili out my nose. I wish I'd written that.

11 This may be the first quote I read today which Joseph Biden is not crediting himself for having written...

12 You mean the "I'm so sincere I make myself puke" Joe Biden?

Posted by: Oyster at January 23, 2006 05:56 PM (YudAC)

13 Joe Biden's fake sincerity is about to make me puke, Oyster.

14 Or it could be all that Mexican food I had for lunch. One of the two.

15 My three favorite Joseph Biden quotes... "Give me liberty or give me death." "Never have so few done so much for so many." Once you've seen one pair of tits, you want to see every pair of tits."
