The specifics of the present charges seem to be that the pair violated the terms of their bail by leaving London. They were arrested at Stansted airport, which is part of London's regional network of airports. Stansted has a number of international flights (I will be flying out of Stansted in a couple of weeks to Dublin) including flights to North Africa. It is possible that the two were trying to flee the country.
The former UK head of radical Islamic group al-Muhajiroun has been charged over the Muslim cartoon protests in London in February, said Scotland Yard.
Anjem Choudary, 39, of Ilford, Essex, was bailed after being charged with organising the protest without notifying the police.
Abdul Muhid, 23, of East London, was charged with two counts of soliciting to murder. He was remanded in custody.

"Israel should be wiped off the map". If there wasn't any Israel, there wouldn't be any Jews. If there wasn't and Jews, there wouldn't be any muslims. Good thinking Mahmoud! The middle east and north africa should be wiped off the map and replaced with White Christian countries, as it always should have.
