8 Rusty, Since Paltalk is basically an IM client the best you could do is ask the admins if they keep chat log records. If you get lucky you might have even been a room topic. The only other source of info you could get is by hacking the IP's of the hits you were getting and stealing the chat log (normally a text file) to find out what they were saying. Most normal clients can be busted into with a combination of NMAP and BRUTUS. You'll have to be careful with BRUTUS though. Norton Antivirus recognizes it as a virus and will delete it if you start it up without disabling Norton's. Maybe if you're lucky one of the Paltalkers will leave you a comment and you'll know. Someone picked ME out from the blog, saying they found me through there, and would I help move money or some shit like that from Iraq? Apparently, the email was from a "soldier" still in Iraq. I have seen on the news and read in the papers about scams being sent through emails wanting people to help in this way. I knew it was all bullshit, but the fact that they made the email sorta personal by mentioning that I blog on the JAWA REPORT kinda scared me...a little. 22 Thanks, Jim, I thought so too....people don't realize that when they reply to an email, that automatically lets the sender know the email's a legit address! Some shit for when they say "reply to this email if you want your name removed from future mailings"...yeah right.
