Yes, liquid metal is a good idea. Maybe the first T1000 can morph into Abu Msuab al-Zarqawi's wife only to reveal true self during intercourse. But can the T1000 also assume the shape of a goat?

The T1000 can assume the shape of anything it comes in contact with. I seem to remember there was something about it only being able to get as big as the amount of material it was created with. For example, it couldn't get as big as the earth and hurl itself into the sun since the amount of material used to manufacture it was man-sized. I'm sure I've forgotten some of the other rules of robotics as defined by other movies also.

So, it might not be able to assume the shape of a goat--which is generally less massive than a woman. What animal, then, might entice a terrorist?

How about a gay cowboy? Not a Brokeback Mountain gay cowboy. I'm talking about a full-on, pink Stetson-wearing, assless chaps on top of a pair of denim short-shorts, limp-wristed, stiletto boot-wearing, Tom Cruise/Barney Frank team pushups, gay cowboy.
But hog is good too.

Why not combine the two? A gay hog with chaps and a cowboy hat.
