Muslims rioting?

BEIRUT, Lebanon - Thousands of Shiite Muslims enraged by a TV comedy that mocked the leader of Hezbollah took to the streets of southern Beirut on Thursday night, burning car tires and blocking roads, police and witneses said.

The trouble began after an actor spoofed Sheik Hassan Nasrallah, wearing the Hezbollah leader's trademark black turban and sporting a similar beard and spectacles on a TV show on Lebanese Broadcasting Corp, a privately-owned Christian channel.

Weird. I don't recall anything like that happening before. Just one of those isolated incidents.

2 Vinnie, you don't remember stuff like this happening before? Come on! Remember about 10 years ago when the show "Father Ted" premiered in Ireland, and Catholics were so offended that they took to the streets and started beheadding people? Also don't forget the L.A. Hindu riots sparked by the portrayal of Apu on the Simpsons? They burned down the Fox studio headquarters (but they were very careful not to step on any ants in the process, I seem to remember).

4 US troops exonerated of 12 murders of Iraqi civilans. Seems like the poor innocent civilians where shooting at the Marines first. They just got their asses kicked in a fair fight. The leftards are going to cry about this one. Hate Bush so condemn innocent Marines. Idiot traitors.

5 Aaahhhh! I'm closing out for a while. Listening to the New this AM. Some monkey on parole killed 7 people in Indianapolis. Another monkey strangled to death a coed from Auburn. Sick. sick. New York City crying because they only get three times the home security federal money any other city gets. New Orleans crying and crying for federal money while doing nothing for themselves. Can anyone in this country take care of themselves? Have we bred a bunch of whimps?

10 Sorry, I'm a little slow on the uptake sometimes. After all, I do have a human hand for a head. My sense of humor is more like the jokes found here. Joking must be done in a nice, clean manner.
