Moussaoui: Tap Tap, No Take-Backs (No Erasies, No Black Magic)

Convicted terrorist Zacarias Moussaoui now wants to change his plea to not guilty? No take-backs dude.

The final word from Allah:

By the way, Moussaoui has just become the poster boy for handling all terrorist cases via military tribunals. Civilian courts just arenÂ’t the proper venue for dealing with war criminals. Not that anyone in Washington has the spine to make that argument now.

Where are all these Military trials that are so great? the Government has done how many now? Khalid Sheik Muhammed wants to know, he's getting tied of being kept in prison at a CIA black site, he wants to roll the die for a Military trial too.

We haven't had a good one since the German sabateours cases. So, you make a good point. However, in those cases they were tried en camera and executed within days. That's my kind of justice.

Only if we get a do-over on the penalty phase too.

Rusty: I'm afraid the Government does not have the will to try, and execute any of the Al-Qaeda operatives they have in custody (even ones directly connected to the September 11th plot) just like no one gets executed for treason anymore. One can only hope they have a "private" military tribuneral that we hear about two years after the Al-Qaeda guys are molding in their graves, otherwise the Left is goine to insist on civilian trials for all the ones captured so far (In fact they are all over Bush's case already about not trying them in court)

I agree. No spine.

That is unbelievable. Let him appeal while he rots for the rest of his life in prison.

Check your bylines, Rusty. That wasn't Allah posting about Moussaoui on Hot Air. What am I, chopped halal liver?

Get used to it, bp. Try being called Rusty, Beth, Merri, etc. etc. Wear your Allah with pride.

The judge has already denied his request. That was quick. http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=10000082&sid=aYVAsiBj5yQM&refer=canada

The ACLU will gladly take his case-- on taxpayer money.

Split the difference - lets execute him then sentence him to 20 years in prison - I personally believe that life imprisonment is cruel and unusual punishment. Hell, with good behavior, his corpse will be out in 10 years - seems fair to me.

hondo stop to be "french" 20 years not enough, i even asking myself why they didnt arrest his mother when she came in usa with the charge of "helping terrorist, feeding him etc..." keep this muslinuts ALL HIS LIFE between 4 walls without any distraction and extern contact (tv,radio, news, music, book)and only toilet for friend let him found where lead his belief. after 50 years in that type of detention it will be kool to see how he look like.

It killed me when his mother jumped to his defense with all that ridiculousness once he was sentenced. Never heard a peep out of her until then. Isn't this the mother who abused him and abandoned him to an orphanage or some crap?

James Its clear you don't speak English as your native tongue (that's OK - I'm Bi-lingual) ... but you can't read it either I take it. Read my post again, and then apologize to me for calling me "FRENCH".

I'd say the mouse found out from the system what SuperMax was all about. It's a tomb with food.

Yeah, I guess it would be kool to see how Mousemouth looks after 50 years in solitary confinement, but not as way kool as seeing him after 50 years in the soil!
