that Lebanese Prime Minister Fouad Siniora is "questioning" US requests to extradite Mohammad Ali Hammadi. Hammadi spent a "life" sentence (18 years) in Germany for his role in the cowardly 1985 murder of US Navy diver Robert Stethem, committed during an aircraft hijacking.
That would be because the Germans, who are so piously against interfering in other countries' sovereign affairs when it suits their purposes, refused to extradite Hammadi because he might have faced the death penalty in the US. And, of course, if they
extradited him, he wouldn't have been available to use as ransom for the release of German hostage Susanne Osthoff.
I disagree with those in Washington who are seeking Hammadi's extradition. This POS should just be taken out, Mossad-style.

Naaah, SEALs are not the tool for this one. Much too clean. We need a CIA/Delta collaboration similar to the one used to take out Pablo Escobar. They would get this excrementitious bag of filth in a manner befitting his cowardly, subhuman demeanor. Maybe a bomb in his cell phone(ring any bells?), some broken glass in his filafel, a shark in his swimming pool, a western rattler in his mailbox, or something low along those lines. Oh yeah, it should happen in front of his family too. Bloody and gruesome. What am I thinking?! I might offend some of you moonbats out there! Nevermind! I am sure he has been rehabilitated and should be welcomed to the U.S. with open arms! Lets give him a pilots license and a couple courses in chemistry and infectious diseases and see what he has to offer our society!

It's interesting that 25 years represents a typical "life" sentence in Germany. I was under the impression that a life sentence meant that the person was there until death. Stupid me. I agree that the lowlife should be eliminated, but I think that while at it, bomb the crap out of Hezbollah's hq in Beirut as well. Isn't the location well known?

Yes, several. All the western Europeans do. Its been like this for many years - they wouldn't consider extradition if its a Capital offense and the death penalty is an option. They will consider it if the death penalty option is waived.

It's good that Germany gave GWB and U.S. arrogance the finger. It helps to remind Americans that they usually won't get what they want.
Under Bush, we're headed toward third-world status pretty quickly. In fact, Germany is a much bigger economy than we are, and their actions will continue to get more support from the international community than ours.
The U.S. is far from being the greatest country on Earth. You're going to have to live with that: it's time to swallow a little pride.
Regarding the guy who snuffed the U.S. Navy Seal and is now laughing with friends back in Lebanon, he'll be commended at home and live a long, happy life, just like Osama is living now (remember Osama?).
Speaking of Osama, his case is a classic example how powerless the U.S. military really is. Here's a guy who, way back in 2001, destroyed the financial, trade and power center of this country, using nothing but boxcutter knives, and the entire U.S. military and all of our secret agencies and "trained experts" using $200 billion have still not found him even as we now go into 2006. Excuses excuses. The fact is that we are incompetent and unsophisticated.
Again, compared to Germany, our education system is laughable; and, proportionally, we churn out more illiterate people from high school every year than all of the other 10 largest economies combined.
Boy, do I feel safe!

Mr. Exposure,
You're going, we're headed....Now which are you? When you say you're, you are claiming to be non-American, but when you say we're, you are claiming to be an American. Or could you be Osama? Maybe you don't know who you are. Maybe you are everybody, and that is why you are so smart.
Please Mr. Exposure, please leave more of your wit and wisdom on this site so we will know what to do. I'm sure you must be in a position of authority, or perhaps, you are an advisor to Prime Ministers all over the World. How brilliant you sound. Are you not cut from the same cloth as those that come here continually talking about invading the Sovereign nation of Iraq, and perpetual wars?
Here's a newflash for you, in order to capture Bin Laden, we would most likely have to enter Pakistan, as Pakistan is a Islamic nation, that so far has resisted reward money for his capture, and has offered very little in the way of assisting his capture (due to the fact the leader would most likely get toppled by his Islamic subjects) what would you suggest? Invade the Nuclear armed nation of Pakistan?
I think it's pretty obvious that Bin Laden knew where he could not be pursued, and the wall we're up against is the lack of assistance, and intelligence from Pakistan?

Ya know, I actually agree with him about our educational system. He must be a conservative in this area. The NEA has made a shambles of the public school system. This guy doesn't actually have any particular ideology - he will wander all over the map. He hasn't done the conservative/right sctick in a while - but he can and has.
He lays out 2 kinds of "hooks" - one to shock for reaction (he needs it) - the other to lure others close to him in mild agreement.
Once your lured in, he will turn on and revolt you. On some other issues he's snagged a few libs - till they ran away in horror.
This is one bizarre sick puppy.

Nah, corrupt exhibitionist isn't Crook. corrupt exhibitionist is Stephen Pearcy from California. He's trying to drum up business for his blog. Here's what he's been up to: http://caosblog.com/2494
Hanging a US soldier in effigy from his house.
Stephen apparently has the IQ of a microbe. His top post, which cites no sources, claims that US commanders are worried because Iraqi terrorist insurgents are "so much better trained" than Americans.
It's not even sporting to squash this type of vermin.

The caosblog thing is classic Crook reference getting a photo, name, address etc of the person he dislikes and putting it out there as a form of harrassment, intimidation and threat - attempting to coyly incite violence from any loose wackos out there while denying personal responsibility.

hondo,
One wonders about the mental condition of people like Stephen Pearcy. Honestly, I live on a ranch, near a small town, and have never met anyone quite like these people. I went to college at a large, public university, but I either never payed any attention to, or there were few if any people who fit the profile of Pearcy or Crook.
Maybe these people were always around and I was unaware of them, but it seems to me that there has been a noticable increase in the numbers of people I would consider to be mentally deranged.

He currently has an incredibly vile hate thing going with caosblog - a sweet mild-mannered conservative woman who runs a rather polite, tame, and even Christian-orientated blog - the kind of place guys like maxie, greyrooster, jester and the others would be banned for using foul language!
He definitely is one sick dude. It is clearly some form of mental disability - where a net connection takes the place of a dirty raincoat - and keyboard tinkering substitutes for Tourette's syndrome.

I had a glass or two of wine with dinner. Flipped on the TV to CNBC and watched RobertÂ’s brother talking about this outrage.
I am in a serious “Fuck Germany” mood right now. Not a good start for the new German Chancellor as far as I am concerned. Where is the Secretary of State? Where is our Government? Have the libs and the press cowed us into thinking we need to patch up relations with Europe at any expense?
Germany needs a swift kick in the nuts from the President and the Secretary of State.

Let the guy go, let the issue cool off for a couple months, and then release a pack of rabid African honey badgers into his room at night. Simple. This guy will get his. Maybe not from the badgers (one can dream, no?), but a well placed cruise missile is a possibility in this guys future. I just love how the liberals completely lose sight of the fact that this guy is a murdering terrorist who just got a get-out-of-jail-free card from the spineless German government. All they see is the bully beating up the wimp. Wait a fucking minute! Didn't the German government, just a month ago, put its foot down and say they would not negotiate with terrorists for the release of this woman? For shame! They are officially added to my shit list.
