I receive large amount of spams every day.
but, a few mail from my friend.
so i'm disgusted dropping spams every day.
i don't understand advanced technology is convenient or inconvenient.

Jane, get a new email account at Yahoo and then never, never download anything from that account and you should be okay. You can keep your spam infested account just in case you get the urge to download something...
