Hung Jury in Lodi Terror Trial

Hamid Hayat, the 23-year-old Lodi man on trial for terrorist-related activities in Sacramento federal court, was found guilty Tuesday, just hours after a mistrial was declared in the related trial of his father, who was accused of lying to the FBI to cover up for his son.

And yet Bush says he wants to win the War on terror?! How about getting a good AG to at least win in America if we can not elsewhere.
I think in the case of Bush it is not can not win but lacks the will to win. Another "Read my lips!" liberal.
American can win. Bush will no win - there is a big difference!
Of course JFK would have been just about as bad.

This is no surprise, the surprise is that it was a hung jury rather than the bastards getting off scot free. They need to try them down here in Abilene, Texas. I believe we could get a conviction, based on the evidence I saw. Let's give it a try! You hear me, Mr. President?

see what happens when i go to the gym for an hour or two? It ain't over though. The defense attorney is saying she'll make a motion for a new trial. If that doesn't work, expect an appeal on the issue of whether the confession was admissible and if it was made under duress. That means it goes to the 9th Circuit...

Any jury that can't find a scumbag muslim terrorist guilty should be hung. Our government is going to keep trying half-measures against these savages until nothing works, then it'll be our turn, and we can sweep the liberals, muslims, government and all, and return this country to a constitutional republic once again.
