Here is a list of hostages in Iraq I have compiled from various sources. Dozens of others are also missing, but we have no information as to their names. On this day that we remember our liberty, let us not forget those who's liberty has been taken from them.

Sgt. Keith Maupin is still officially listed as "Missing/Captured" despite grainy unsubstantiated footage proporting to show his execution.

I was listing Maupin as MIA for awhile, but I now believe that the videotape was probably authentic. Let's hope I am wrong.

Rather than make this a post that will get lost and buried in a couple of weeks, wouldn't it make sense to post this on the left-hand frame somewhere so it's always up? That way it could be updated regularly and people wouldn't have to dig through the archives within a couple of weeks.
Assuming it's feasible, of course.

Did the Video ever get released? I don't remember ever seeing it anywhere. If it was poor enough for the State Department / Department of Defense to call it inconclusive I would imagine it didn't have any identifying characteristics at all.
He was also captured in the same attack as Tim Bell, is it likely they don't share the same fate?
I guess if we're going on that basis too, we could list Michael Scott Speicher too who is also listed Missing / Captured.
