Guliani Testifies in Moussaoui Trial.

Upon being told what was happening at the WTC Rudy hoped against hope that his men were wrong. They werenÂ’t.

AP Via Yahoo : He said the image of two people jumping together, appearing to hold hands, sticks with him every day. Moussaoui affected a look of boredom when the prosecution played video of victims falling to their deaths.
Giuliani took the stand after prosecutor Rob Spencer braced jurors for the painful testimony they were going to hear over the next few weeks. His presentation opened the final phase of the drawn-out trial that will determine whether Moussaoui is executed or sent to prison for life.
Giuliani said that when he arrived at the scene, his deputy told him how bad the situation was and people were jumping from the high floors of the towers. "I concluded or hoped he was wrong," he said.
But then he saw people falling and "I froze. I realized in that couple of seconds, it switched my thinking and emotions. I said, 'We're in uncharted territory.'"
Terrorist bastard smiles at the plight of WTC victims.
Spencer argued that the voices of the victims of the attacks and their anguished families should be all the jury needs to hear to decide whether Moussaoui, an acknowledged al-Qaida terrorist, should die for his crimes.
Spencer described one call from a woman on the 83rd floor of the second tower to fall. "The floor is completely engulfed," she said. "We're on the floor and we can't breathe.... I don't see any more air...I'm going to die, aren't I?"
"You cannot understand the magnitude of that day unless you hear it from the victims themselves," Spencer said. Moussaoui smiled several times when the prosecution mentioned his enthusiasm for the attacks.
My preferred death sentence would be for this fool to be sent to the Jolly Red Pig and force fed Barbecue until his arteries clogged. Sounds yummy to me! The last thing we need is for this man to become a martyr, no matter how much he deserves death, it's his wish. Give him the opposite. How about an all expense paid eternal trip to Gitmo? I'm open to suggestions anyone?

1 Have you ever heard of the death of a thousand cuts? Sounds just perfect for this animal (animal? calling this guy an animal is an insult to perfectly good animals). But let's remember he will face God's judgement someday, and that judgement will be more ferocious than anything we could ever imagine.....

2 >>> The last thing we need is for this man to become a martyr..... I disagree, Howie - execute him now and just get it over with. It doesn't matter if he's considered a martyr. Nowadays in the Islamic world, EVERYONE, so long as they died, be it fighting the enemy or killed by their own is considered a martyr. The US held back on offing Moqtada Al Sadr for the same reason every time his militia has acted up. It hasn't done any good. Moussoui should have died a long time ago.

3 I agree with Graeme... just put the sorry bastard to sleep and let's get on with the problem at hand...

4 Nothing we do as a nation will ever bring justice to a scum bag like this mood god worshipper. Stop wasting my tax money, and but this sorry excuse for a human to sleep. Almost every day Islam brings us crap like this. Close their schools now. Deport any Muslims who speaks against this country. We must start being careful. Someone please tell the State Department Islam is at war with the world.

5 I worry that this evil bastard is enjoying all the attention, as most mass killers usually do. A quick anonymous death would be best. He is only one of millions who would wipe out westerners if given the chance.

6 His death will make him a martyr, but he will be forgotten in a few days because so many of his fellow scumbag Al-Qaieda are not far behind on their trip to hell. This guy is a blip on the radar in the war on terror. Who cares if it makes him a martyr...let him have his wish because I will bet the farm when they strap that piece of shit into Ol' Sparky he cries like a little bitch. Besides, his fellow inmates will have a field day with him in the 10 years it actually takes to get rid of him.

7 Put him in "Basic Instinct 3"

8 Perhaps we can just drop him off, naked, in some remote corner of the world amidst a cannibal tribe. A nice, quiet needle in the arm is too good for this guy.

9 Jack: But Death Row is Protective Custody, prisoners are in single cells separate from each other.

10 "Mr. Moussaoui? Please meet your new cellmate Bubba Joe. He might be big, he might be stupid, but he thinks 'yer real purty'."

11 Actually, "protective custody" ain't too bad for us Western infidels. It guarantees that a fanatic jihad zealot will not be able to die as a martyr at the hand of the enemy. This way, he'll die at the hand of a very unhappy Allah - who will let his lifeline destroy itself in shame and indignity, as his body functions take their normally time-assigned course. Nuff said?
