on the good people of Sacramento to commit an act of vandalism is down again.
Digger tells me that the first 'vandal' has been charged after he turned himself in. That man is a great American.

'Let me make myself clear: I consider the act of vandalism which took down that effigy an act of courage and an act of civil disobedience.'
In the great tradition of the use of civil disobedience by poor minorities to show the majority to see the error of its ways!

Its a good thing these assholes dont live next to me.
They likely would have to find another house to stage
their ridiculous display because their current one
would be a smoldering ruin....... What the fuck is
wrong with people in California anyway???????
Smooches, M.W.

Boy, it doesn't take much to get some people all pissed off. I'll bet this vandal-guy barks at plastic bags and chases farts around the room.

Leave the effigy hanging there but change the sign, like:
"I came back from Iraq and all I got from the Left was this lousy necktie."

Too funny pdg...
It's ok since they want to do the same to us....
It's called Steal the Magnets.
TOTAL MAGNETS STOLEN TO DATE
400
Our Mission
Steal as many "Support Our Troops" magnets as possible. We recognize the true pro-war message hidden behind a fake veil of concern for the fate of our troops in faraway countries. The right-wing warhawk nuts of this country do not understand the concept of patriotism without boasting it proudly on the back of their automobiles. We believe everyone in this country holds great concern for the fate of our troops and there is no need for two dollar magnets from Wal-Mart to display our patriotism.
We ask everyone to remove these symbols of foreign policy ignorance. Though these magnet thefts may be deemed illegal and even "unpatriotic"by the misguided, we believe common sense and hope for peace is of the highest law. See the links section below on ways to truly help the troops.
What To Do
1. Steal any pro-war oriented magnets off the back of cars.
2. Tape appropriate literature in the magnet's place (optional but recommended, see links).
3. Report the number of magnets you have stolen to stealthemagnets@gmail.com. Continue to e-mail additional numbers as your collection grows. Pictures or links to video are also encouraged. Possible image gallery soon.

Stealing the magnets in my community in Northern Maine would be a shame. I for one certainly hope none of the left wingers who started this campaign come this far north.
The magnets here were not available in Wallmart or places like that. Oh they are now but it is after the fact. The wives of the 152nd field artillery here in Maine started the selling of magnets for our automobiles. The proceeds went to family services, and towards helping out our troops in Iraq. These magnets had nothing to do with anyone making any profits other than the families, and troops of the 152nd from Maine. They served their country well, and returned home this past Sunday to family and friends. We all continue to sport our magnets even though some are beginning to fade. It is a reminder to all in our small community of the sacrifices made by everyone. I have 4 magnets myself. Don't try to take any of them from me I will warn you ahead of time. I fly my U. S. flag at home too.

I think tearing the effigy down was wrong
A)such an act may actually create sympathy for the obviously morally corrupt idiots who put it up
B)leaving it alone allows neighbors to spot the morally depraved in their neighborhood
This really calls for merciless mocking, "counter" effigies and the like, not "outrage." Outrage only makes the idiots think they've won. Ridicule really chaps their hides.

The magnets are confusing. They're not permanent. So you want to vandalize them, should you steal them, or superglue them on?

'Your typical left-wing liberal low-lifes who are so far left their stupid frankly we should show a effegy of a hollywood traitor hanging from a tree with the words'
But then you have to make sure that you express scorn for the fact that the 'hollywood traitor' died. You can't express glee or satisfaction.

I heard about this a few weeks ago and I heard
this commentary that made me pissed as hell.

I heard a commentary by the man who started this and I just had to laugh at his lack of intelligence on why people support the troops. They are fighting for that mans' freedom and he wants to walk all over them.

Stealing anyoneÂ’s personnel property is wrong regardless of political reasons behind it! I for one have had one stolen and replaced it with another and will continue to do so. I will continue to display them proudly on the back of my car while not breaking any laws and you will keep stealing them breaking the law. Do you think you are trying to make a point here? It's not working!
I have lost a brother in Iraq this year and will display everything supporting his beliefs and love for his country. Anyone not willing to die for our country can get the hell out!
