Hanging an effigy of a US soldier on your own property is free speech. The man is a scumbag and his opinion is revolting, but I served in the military just so that jerks like him could be that way.

The worst crime? Lying to people and creating a problem through your own stupidity to insure the deaths of thousands- that is alot worse than vandalism - and is definately treason- treason by thouse in power. Treason- Palme, treason- lieing about 9/11, treason- ignoring explicit warnings regarding 9/11, treason- lying to the Amercian public, treason- oh the list just goes on and on.

I love how the Jewish neighbor from across the street tried to get some attention by complaining about the Palestinian flag in the window. Give me a break.

sounds like "courage of his convictions" meets "doesn't want the folks he's outraged to annoy him at home," aka "bait and switch."
if it's commercial property we're talking about now, does that change the status under the law?

Gee Max, where have you been hiding? Such genius......
Ted, I'm right there with ya but don't you think that somebody could give this knucklehead one quick, rap in the mouth?
As far as Steve and Virginia "I hope they all die" Pearcy.
Funny, I was just thinking the same thing about them.

Maybe I should do the same thing at my house with some symbol of the Left? Who would I pick? A transgendered member of PETA? A democrat party leader with ties to the NEA? An artist who just received a grant from National Endowment for the Arts?
This guy gets his freedom of speech, but he is a pussy. Obviously never visted a country where freedom like this would have this guy twisting in the wind like the little symbol outside his home.
What a fucking punk.....

"Hanging an effigy of a US soldier on your property is treason" Oh REALLY!?! Because acorrding to Article III,Section III of the U.S. Constitution this is definitly NOT teason. I quote "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."
OH WELL LETS ALL JUST IGNORE THIS LAW AND SHOOT HIM............YAHHHHH FOR DEMOCRACY!!

'Tearing down an effigy on someone else's property is vandalism. Hanging an effigy of a US soldier on your property is treason. Which is the worse crime?'
How is this treason? He's not adhering to the enemy. He's clearly concerned with the lives of american soldiers. And how does it help the enemy to have that concern?

Anyone who agrees with this stupid, poor loser act is as traitorous as the people hanging the effigy. Things of this nature pass what is considered acceptable. LIBERAL ASSHOLES: What if someone hangs an effigy of a black man from their house? Is that also acceptable? How about a dog hanging there? What a bunch of self serving creeps. These people should have their citizenship removed and sent to where ever they feel is a better place. A bunch of nutso's. Anyone defending them is the same as they. Traitors!
