Death Threats Made Against Blogger

No, this time it's not Rusty Shackleford, although I've had my share of death threats in the past, it's Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch. The threats were made by the good folks over at Reviving Islam, but I'm sure the Religion of Peace had nothing to do with it.....

ROBERT SPENCER, the director of Jihad Watch, is a writer and researcher...

I believe he's already on the hit list, nothing new..

8 Rusty...a while back something strange happened to your website and when I clicked on one of your links it was routed to a gay personals ad. Who did that?

Posted by: osamabeenthere at June 02, 2005 11:33 AM (OXRZJ)

9 Will Have Mrs Filthy pick up "Fat Camp" catalogs when she goes Grocery shopping this afternoon. Beardo going to start gettin mail.

Posted by: Filthy Allah at June 02, 2005 11:34 AM (yBHNA)

10 Osama, I did a couple of spoof posts about gay ads, that might have been it.

Posted by: Rusty Shackleford at June 02, 2005 11:39 AM (JQjhA)

11 Too funny...I thought someone tried to hack your shit. What, did you copy the source code of a personals page and just paste it into one of your pages? It looked that way because the jpgs weren't linking.

Posted by: osamabeenthere at June 02, 2005 12:07 PM (OXRZJ)

12 Yeah, I think what you saw was the first try at the spoof. I fixed it later. Man, that was a lot of work.

13 I send them the entire Gospel According to John.

14 Rusty, what did you use...Dreamweaver? Golive? I suppose it would be a pain to peel off all the graphics, copy the source code and then make sure your html is linking again. It depends on the site. You can learn a shitload about how your favorite websites are designed by copying the source code.

Posted by: osamabeenthere at June 02, 2005 12:50 PM (OXRZJ)

15 Really. Nobody writes code from scratch anymore.

16 Isn't it nice to know blogging hurts the people your country is fighting against?

Posted by: A fatwad Finn at June 02, 2005 01:43 PM (lGolT)

17 Oyster...that's why so many websites have sloppy code. I recently snagged Adobe's CS2 and they've made some massive improvements to GoLive. I heard something about Adobe buying Macromedia, but I'm not sure if it was legit or rumor.

18 Also, sometimes my English causes comments that have words and phrases I'm not completely certain about, like the "Lovely..." and "victimize". Few good mistakes this way, but a lot more bad mistakes.

Posted by: A Finn at June 03, 2005 02:55 PM (lGolT)

19 ...and my comments seem to slip on the wrong posts somehow. x) Oh well...

20 There ain't no "browntown" in Oregon. We got a "Brownsville" but I doubt if there is anyone named "Abu" there. I live about 10 miles away from there and it's a pretty small town and chock full of American rednecks. You might also notice that the zip code has one too many digits. Oregon zips start with 97 too. You don't suppose that the site owners could have...you know..lied, do you?
