Numerous news reports have ignored the fact that anti-war protesters weren't the only ones riding Cindy Sheehan's stained coat tails this weekend. Apparently every liberal loving, America hating, Bush bashing group in the United States was there in DC which means NOW, PETA, and only God knows who else was on-board at the event.
This puts the numbers of actual Cindy Sheehan supporters and anti-war folks that attended the anti-war rally in question. When you look at the pro-war folks that were partaking in their events you can pretty much guarantee that it was nothing but pro-war folks and not a myriad of other organizations using the death of American servicemembers in Iraq to forward their cause for liberalism.

Tell me more about Cindy Sheehan. What did she do before Camp Casey? What does her husband have to say about what she is doing? Does Casey have brothers and sisters? What do they think? Why doesn't she talk about mothering Casey and what he did growing up? Why did he join the Military?

Its always been that way with the left - and I might add, their greatest weakness in attacting support outside their narrow band of friends. Their friends in the media go to great lengths to keep those photo/video shots narrow and interviews selective and short (never live! they can edit later). But its no longer effective (if it ever was) anymore. Besides, they forget, they've had nearly 40 years experience in alienating a significant segment of the population that while they might not be conservative, they have learned to loathe the left.

This is the importance of the internet. We need to get photos out there to show people who the Left really is. The vast majority of Americans would be revolted by the images and ideals of the Left and its fringe.
PETA, Code Pink, ANSWER, AIM, Black Panthers, NOW, Hamas, NARAL, Sierra Club, anarchists, ELF, and I could go on and on, but you get the picture, were in attendence. Many of the people at the protest are not even US citizens, and they should be immediately expelled from the US, and never be allowed to return. If they are students, which many of them are, tough. We open our universities to these people, and this is their thanks. Many of them will commit fraud in the next election, especially in states such as Wisconsin, which encourages voter fraud. Fraud caused that state to go for Kerry in 2004, yet I see little concern on the part of the Republicans.
Hondo, I fear that most people haven't seen the Left as they really are. I caught one of the jihadis on a web site in a private conversation telling about how they are able to fool the authorities by claiming to be non-violent when in fact they intend to be just the opposite. We have a long way to go yet in exposing these people for what they are.

I disagree. Most have seen the left for what they are. Do not lull yourself in believing that conservatives (including myself) are in the clear majority. We have a long way yet to go. What we have going in our favor is that the majority of fencesitters have been falling our way for some time - and many thanks to the left.

To answer the question regarding her family, they've issued a statement disavowing what she's saying and that they support the war and the President.
Her husband hasn't said much but did file for divorce while she was playing Saint Cindy of the Ditch in Crawford.

Hey jj, you can add the skinheads and Neo-Nazis to that list of America-hating moonbats. All one need do is go to stormfront and see many of the same sentiments as espoused by the leftards. And here we're supposed to believe Nazis were rightwingers!

IM: It goes back to your idea of the political and social spectrum being a circle, rather than a line. The Nazi-like crowd and the extreme-left crowd are near the same point in the spectrum, but got there from different directions. Hence the right/left inference.
