Photoessay: GI's Doing Good

Gaijin Biker has an excellent series of photos of the U.S. military doing some good. Just send your lefty friends there the next time they accuse the US of ill intentions in Iraq.

1 I'd say that some footage of them blowing up those insurgent bunkers would also qualify as evidence of them "doing some good"!

2 Rusty, unfortunately we all know the press is more likely to run scandal than good will. Success stories are too boring for our instant gratification reality TV viewers in the ratings game, so it's all flushed Korans and piss, no smiles.

3 while I enjoyed the photographs shown in this segment (it makes quite a change to see the good things) I fear that the close proximity to the soldiers make them a target of car bombs detonated by terrorist nut jobs. How they continue to kill their fellow Muslims, especially the children during their car bombings makes no sense.
