Leftists: US Murders Children in Iraq while Attacking Brave Zarqawi Freedom Fighters
This post is
not a parody. Remember, it's not the answers that are important, only the questions.
Sydney Indeymedia:
On the surface, the killing of the children (if indeed it actually happened!) was merely a mistake.
Or was it?
Could this have been yet another example of US soldiers using Iraqi civilians as human shields?
How convenient that the US Army had a supply of lollies to hand out to a large crowd of Iraqi children at the precise moment the fascist invaders were coming under attack from freedom fighters. [note to readers: by freedom fighters the author means Zarqawi's Tawid and Jihad group which claimed repsonsibility today of the bombing that killed 34 children in Baghdad. You may also know this freedom fighters from such beheadings as Jack Hensley and Eugene Armstrong]
And how convenient the US just happened to be having a 'ribbon cutting ceremony' to open a water treatment plant when it is well know that water treatment plants are regular targets of the insurgency.
Could the kids have been set up as part of some macabre publicity stunt by the Bush-Blair-Howard axis of evil on election eve?
Could the kids have been set up as part of some macabre publicity stunt by the Bush-Blair-Howard axis of evil on election eve?
In any case, how many children died in Iraq as a result of the US led Food for Oil Programme and Baby Killing Sanctions?
Millions!
Nor should anything remarkable be made of the fact that the insurgency - the future government of Iraq - has taken 'hostage' women from a Muslim country. [quotes around hostage are in the original]
Indonesia, in its transition to a new government, should be given a timely reminder of where its allegiance should lie.
With the struggling masses of Iraq? Or will the ultra-rightist Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono - a war criminal who struggled against East Timorese independence - now side with Howard?
The capture of two Indonesian women collaborators may help clear up any doubts he may still hold.
The left must not resile from its support for the Iraqi Resistance.
The reasons are clearâ?¦.
Interviewer: "Do you think the anti-war movement should be supporting Iraq's anti-occupation resistance?
John Pilger: "Yes, I do. We cannot afford to be choosy. While we abhor and condemn the continuing loss of innocent life in Iraq, we have no choice now but to support the resistance, for if the resistance fails, the "Bush gang" will attack another country. If they succeed, a grievous blow will be suffered by the Bush gang. ..."
WE abhor and condemn the continuing loss of innocent life in Iraq - yet what do the imperialist aggresors do? It is clear
".....I have walked the city's streets, along a road blown to pieces by a US missile. The casualties were children, of course, because children are everywhere........."

The old adage goes that "the enemy of my enemy is my friend". That's the position the far Left finds itself in regarding the jihadists: they both hate American prosperity, strength, and freedom. So they are de facto allies. That's right, I said it. They call my president Hitler, I'm tired of not hitting back. Sniveling creeps.

I'm with Johnny. Rusty and C, you have a greater capacity for restraint than I. Lying bastards. They mention the food for oil program, knowing full well that it was because of the collusion of countries like France and of their beloven United Nations (there's an ironic title if ever) that Saddam and his loyalists were able to enjoy luxury and maintain power via money that was supposed to feed Iraqi children. And to decry not just the war but the sanctions before it -- what were we to do, lift them? Allow Saddam and his rapist sons and butchering minions to remain in power, to kill hundreds of thousands more? Should we have refrained from war on Germany, and allowed the camps to keep gassing Jews, simply to avoid the possibility that German children might die alongside Hitler? These people have the memory of a goldfish! They are no better than the islamofascists they support. And we should view them with the same contempt with which the freed people of Europe viewed those who collaborated with the third Reich.

Come on, guys, i'm sure the car bombers weren't terrorists - they were nothing more than a band of renegade dentists trying to prevent tooth decay in iraqi children, foisted apon them by the evil american soldiers.

Reuters) - Television New Zealand comments man Keith Quinn (news - web sites)is under police investigation in his home town Wellington for committing acts of ¡ncest with his daughter Rowan.

A forgery used to debunk the forgery debunking
I never thought I'd see the day when a college professor would stoop to the level of forging documents just to get his guy elected. On the other hand, if Bush does equal Hitler it makes perfect sense. It's the old paradox: if you could go back in time and kill Hitler when he was a painter in Vienna, should you?
Yes.

No, you can't mess with the time-space continuum like that. Just look what happened when Christopher Walken killed Martin Sheen-- Sheen *still* became President, and he's still likely to start a nuclear war.
The missiles are flying. . . Hallelujah, hallelujah. . .

Forget the memos--what's the TRUTH? What actually happened? On Coke=No physical=grounded. Come ON! Obfuscation of the actual story is the cornerstone of the "righty" agenda. What did Bush do? He won't tell and the documents trickle out here and there. This is everything, unless of course, you file a freedom of information act request! Pathetic.

It is my impression that despite the massacre of September 11 and the war in Iraq and the strongest, most principled President since FDR (at least) that French elites think it is business as usual. Sneer and scoff and meet fawning agreement with the Kerry class that crosses the Atlantic to marvel at the wonder that is French cinema. They are profoundly mistaken. They have no conception of the abiding fury they have unleashed.
I can only hope enough Canadians get their heads out of their collective asses before we cross the same line. Two reminders: 1, we are not all idiots north of the border, and 2, Canada - Quebec = Australia.

Hey all you Americans – You have more filth in your own country than the whole remainder of planet earth.
Try cleaning up your own place before dictating to the rest.
How many murders do you have in the USA every day. In most other countries it makes the headlines when someone is murdered as itÂ’s not the norm. Not yours, itÂ’s so common it doesnÂ’t even get a mention. Think about the mass murderers youÂ’ve had alone, they are way too numerous to mention. Your court rooms are clogged with the scum. No one deserves to have there head sliced off, but be real everyone what do you expect when you turn up in a country who now hates you so much, and why? Let me see could it be because you murdered their men, women & children, destroyed their land & homes?
Your military has raped & tortured, you hold many of their people in prisons, guilty only by association.
You are all outraged with these gruesome beheadings, as are the rest of us. But are you any better – what’s this Electric Chair thingy?
ThatÂ’s pretty Barbaric donÂ’t you think?
We all know there was no weapons of mass destruction,. Oh but there was OIL, Oh the OIL.

What perfect country do you come from? My heritage is nordic. What is yours? The more freedom you have the more you pay with criminals and such. It's the balance of true freedom. Only French that wouldn't are probably neo-nazi skinheads. Unfortunately, France has a bend over and embrace islamic invasion, if the french government (police) I'd suspect the skinsheads would do to muslims what German skinheads did in Rostock back in the early 90s, maybe even worse, but then again that is just my opinon, who knows they might be typical surrender monkeys too. Kind of like the florida lottery commercial, "ya never know." Of course, this type of a senerio might be like the movie cronicals of riddick, just an opinion though. :-/

If this is true, it wouldn't be a huge surprise. The war pretty much killed the oil contracts France and Russia had with Iraq, which is why neither country wanted the war to occur. That being said, it still sounds like a bunch of scapegoating. The CIA, if it is the premier intelligence agency it would have us believe, should have known these documents were fake, or at least done more research into the matter.

US'IANS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN JEALOUS OF THE FRENCH BECAUSE YOU'RE A MONGREL PEOPLE,WITH NO ROOTS,NO IDENTITY,NO MEMORY,THE MURDERERS OF THE TRUE AMERICANS:THE AMERINDIANS:THE INDIANS AND THE RACIST EXPLOITERS OF YOUR MINORITIES. WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT WAR ASSHOLES?YANKEES ASSHOLES CITIZENS SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN FRANCE IN 1918 OR 1945 TO SEE THE HUMAN COSTS OF DESTRUCTION WITH HUNDRED TOWNS TURNED IN RUINS AND HUNDRED OF THOUSANDS OF CIVILIANS DEAD UNDER ENEMY AND US BOMBS. GIVE ME ONE EXAMPLE WHERE THE US WON A WAR ON ITS OWN WITHOUT EXTERNAL HELP ? Â… HARD TO FIND ! EVEN AGAINST WEAK IRAK THEY HAD TO BEG FOR HELP ! YOUR TWO SHABBY TOWERS ON 11 SEPTEMBER WERE NOTHING IN COMPARISON.THE LOUSY CHICANOS AND BLACKS US TROOPS ARE DYING FOR NOTHING IN IRAQ,FOR THE NEOCONS/ZIONIST LOBBY WHICH RULES EVERYTHING IN THE US.THIS WAR WAS MADE TO ERASE SADDAM WHO WAS THE WORST ENNEMY OF ISRAEL IN THIS AREA AND GET ACCESS TO VITAL OIL RESOURCES.OPEN YOUR EYES POOR FLOCK OF OBESE HOGS.YOURS BRAINS ARE TOTALLY WASHED BY STATE CONTROLLED MEDIAS.AND YOU FOLLOW THESE PIECES OF SHIT LIKE FOX NEWS OR RUPPERT MURDOCK LIKE A BRAINLESS BUNCH OF SHEEPS.YOU SHOULD TRAVEL MORE TO ERASE YOUR SILLY STEREOTYPES ABOUT FRANCE AND FRENCH PEOPLE IN PARTICULAR AND OTHER EUROPEANS IN GENERAL.THE GROSS IGNORANCE OF YANKEES CITIZENS ABOUT THE WORLD AFFAIRS IS REALLY AWFULLY.FRIGHTENING.BUT FINALLY,WE DON'T CARE.EUROPE IS THE FIRST ECONOMICAL POWER IN THE WORLD NOW WITH 450 MILLIONS INHABITANTS ON THE WAY TO LIVE UNDER THE SAME UNION (INCLUDING PERHAPS THE ODD BRITS).AND THE NEXT SUPERPOWER WILL SOON BE CHINA WHICH IS GOING TO EAT YOU WITH ITS 1,3 BILLION PEOPLE.YANKEE CIVILIZATION IS GOING DOWN EVERYWHERE.THE WHOLE EARTH IS HATING YOU AFTER YOUR SENSELESS, ILLCONCEIVED INVASION WAR IN IRAQ. PLEASE STOP TO BORE US WITH YOUR SO CALLED HELP DURING THE WORLD WARS.IN WW1 YOU ONLY CAME IN LATE 1917 AS WE WERE FIGHTING SINCE 1914.AND THE BIGGEST VICTORIES OF THIS WAR WERE FRENCH: MARNE 1914 AND 1918 AND VERDUN IN 1916.THE FRENCH ARMY LOST 1400000 SOLDIERS DURING THIS WAR.HOW MANY FOR YANKEE ARMY? TRUE YOU BARELY WON A BATTLE THERE ! AND IF FRANCE COLLAPSED IN 1940 (FIRST TIME IN ITS LONG HISTORY THIS COUNTRY WAS TOTALLY DEFEATED !) IT WAS BECAUSE FRANCE CHOSE A BAD STRATEGY NOT BECAUSE ITS SOLDIERS WERE COWARDS (LIONS LED BY DONKEYS ACCORDING TO CHURCHILL HIMSELF) ! DON'T FORGET THAT DURING FIGHTS AGAINST THE GERMANS IN MAY AND JUNE 1940 THE FRENCH ARMY KILLED MORE THAN 50000 ENNEMY TROOPS AND DESTROYED 800 PLANES AND 2000 TANKS BEFORE SURRENDERING (i.e MORE LOSSES THAN DURING THE WORST MONTHS OF WW1 AND MORE THAN WHAT THE RUSSIANS FOUGHT IN JUNE/JULY 1941); THIS CERTAINLY HELPED THE COWARD AND LUCKILY INSULAR BRITS (WHO TOOK THEIR ASS OUT OF DUNKIRK) TO WIN THE BATTLE OF ENGLAND. YANKEES MORONS SHOULD OPEN MORE OFTEN DICTIONNARIES BEFORE SAYING BULLSHITS LIKE "CHEESE EATING SURRENDER MONKIES" OR THESE KIND OF CRAPS.IT'S EASY TO EXPERIENCE WAR ON RADIO OR TV.IT'S ANOTHER STORY ON THE FIELDS.BUT THIS OLD PREHISTORIC SHIT OF WW2 IS AN ANTIQUE THING.NOBODY CARES ANYMORE IN EUROPE. YOU CAME TO DEFEAT GERMANY PAST IN 1942 NOT TO LIBERATE FRANCE. WHEN FRANCE AND THE UK ASKED YOU IN 1940 YOU BLUNTLY REFUSED! NOW THANKS TO YOUR LIBERATION AND OUR CONSTRUCTION OF EUROPE GERMANY HAS BECOME OUR BEST ECONOMICAL PARTNER AND A FRIEND FOR ALREADY MORE THAN 40 YEARS. I DON'T THINK US'IANS HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THE WORLD.THEY.POOR MORONS.YOU'RE SO PATHETIC.FOR YOU FRANCE IS STILL THE MOULIN ROUGE,THE BERET,THE EXISTENTIALISTS,MAURICE CHEVALIER ETCÂ….MY POOR CRETINS,ALL THESE CRAPS ARE TOTALLY OUT.IT'S ANTIQUE DUSTY SHIT.THE POOR US'IANS WHO COME IN FRANCE WITH THIS KIND OF SILLY CLICHES IN THEIR HEADS AND NO FURTHER RESPECT FOR THEIR HOSTS ARE GOING TO EXPERIENCE BAD MOMENTS WITH THE FRENCH.WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO COME IN THE REAL WORLD?WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO GET DOWN FROM YOUR TREES ASSHOLES?I STOP HERE BECAUSE I'AM DISGUSTED WHEN I SEE A SO HIGH LEVEL OF IGNORANCE FROM "HAMBURGERS EATING FATTENED HOGS".LITTLE ARROGANT 200 YEARS OLD GUN WAIVING SMALL BRAIN COUNTRY, FRANCE EXISTS FOR MORE THAN 1000 YEARS WHEN YOU WERE STILL AS MEANINGLESS AS A FART...JUST THINK ABOUT IT.

Hi i´m scandinavian. I think the french are exellent. There soldiers fought with courage in ww1 and if in ww2 it was because of bad rule. Nota bene the french stoped the arabs who ruled spain at the time hence making shure arabs would not take over europe. When the germans were under the rule of the asians of Attila the hun the french stoped himm taking over france. The americans lost in vietnam all i gotta say. the americans are crybabies and we the norse people spit on their cpwardness. Most of the cunts talking about how the french are cowards and all have they ever fought a war? It´s not the same being fat and ignorant and watching friends as in living in the trenches. When the french held the germans who were far more numberous in ww1 they fought most of the war alone until the americans came in because they lost a stinking passagere boat and came in the last 3 months of the war. Anyway americans of today are shits a mongrel nation of irish scum (we used the irish as slaves) english filth (we viking allso fucked them badly and so did our french cousins in Normandy who ruled them and still do) Italians, poles, jews you name it. So wtf can americans say, you have not even an identity, your fat ugly you were fucked in the arses by the brits until the french saved your arses. You were fucked by the vietkongs. You were fucked by the somalians of all people. what the fuck are you braging about you fat stupid fucks? vi er fra Norden og vi elsker france, vive la France!

A little reply to the comment of this asshole noah schmiedecke posted on January 25. What are these bullshits: the french are weak. They have always been and always will be.I'am not really surprised by this kind of comment from incult us'ians. You should open more often history books, assholes, and stop to read all this false bullshits displayed on anti french web sites about french military history.France, during many centuries was one of the most powerful country in the world when us'ians were still in the balls of their Europeans ancestors. You're only primitive mongers without culture. You have any knowledge of the world. The whole earth vomit you. You're ugly, primitive. And stop to bore us with this WW2 shit.If the allied troops landed in France,at the end of the war,it was only for strategical reasons, not to liberate French citizens. And if were not for heroic Soviet troops on the eastern front, yankee troops would still swimming in the channel.French casualties during WW2 (Military and civilians) were the DOUBLE OF US FATALITIES IN ALL THE MILITARY OPERATIONS OF THIS WAR,ON ALL FRONTS. So,stop yours bullshits. You are not going to bore us eternally with this 1940 accident.Keep yours lessons for yourselves. And have a look to your shabby little history. The souls of the native AMERICANS,the souls of the MASSACRED INDIAN PEOPLE are still flying in the sky of their confiscated homeland.

So much to say,yes a large percentage of the Catholic brainwashed Irish are scum, but luckily due to financial stability they are getting better.no longer having 20 kids(contraception was legalised in Ireland about 15 years ago)but as is the way with newly prosperous countries they now face an influx of monkey types who gladly avail of the generous welfare system,of course they must pretent to welcome these but deep down you can tell they know the future will create massive problems as have been seen in uk where the non breeding and aging white population now supports a massive pop. of very dangerous and unappreciative immigrants, older white folk r scared to walk down their streets now or monkeys will rob them, police won`t arrest them or they`ll be called rascist, maybe uk should have made peace with Hitler and these problems wouldn`t exist now, most of the best British men died in ww1 and ww2 for what?anyway the french aren`t complete cowards sometimes you might as well run away as get your ass kicked, their generals were fools using outdated tactics such men are hard to follow.America had the right idea sending the freed slaves to Liberia and let them murder all the africans that were there thats their nature send them all back to africa and they can stop their bitching, let the fuckers AID each other into extinction.well thats all for now folks hope you appreciate my insights.

Arabic Swear Words: I'm Rusty Shackleford, kelbeh!
I was over reading
a post at Blogs of War when I realized that I could swear in at least three languages, but not Arabic! Man, I have been missing out on so much!! *
slaps forehead*
How does one decipher a message from a reader calling you ya manache'h without this knowledge? Or, what if you need to pass along a super secret message to your Arab readers about that koos gahba ahbe Wonkette? And if the Chappelle show ever gets syndicated on al Jazeera, you'll definitely need to know what Rick James means when he calls you a kelbeh.
Here is a useful guide for troops about to deploy to Iraq. Might come in useful when some smiling local kanith calls you kwanii right before lobbing a grenade in your direction. Also, when a local barboog asks you, "Aiyz temus?", remember that the going rate is $5-$10 depending on how the sharmoota answers this question, "Bit tifi wela bit tibla'ee?"
What other uses have I found for my new lexicon? Read on.

If the typical American said just about any of the phrases on that site to an Arab, the Arab would probably scratch his head and ask, "Marra thania?" (Could you say that again?)
Here's my favorite, which is on the list, but not explained or pronounced correctly: Qus (or qoos) oomuk. It's the equivalent for the English phrase for, shall we say, autoeroticism, and literally means "your mother's vagina," or other more insulting synonyms for that particular part of the female anatomy.

The list is pretty comprehensive, but essentially useless. There are so many dialects of Arabic that you can't just pull one off the list and make it work. Some are clearly Egyptian, some Iraqi, some North African. It'd be a lot more useful if they indicated regions.

Beg pardon? Why are we even listening to
France? They've clearly proven themselves to be our enemies in this conflict. Furthermore, the idea of them dictating
terms for the talsk to us is laughable. They should be grateful the US is considering including them at all. That's like me inviting someone to a barbecue at my house, and them telling me that they'll only attend if 1) There are ribs and 2) I promise not to show up.

I told you about this - they want a conference regarding Iraq and the terrorists. This is a country who will not send troops or aid or money or support of any kind but they want a conference with the terrorists? Maybe the terrorists will start attacking the french and germans and maybe, just maybe, they'll change their minds but I tend to doubt it. They are still missing 2 french journalists.... what friggin frog idiots. Excuse my french.

Reader Love Mail: Yes, we Muslims want to kill you
After several comments by reader
qatadha on how Islam is peaceful, and how Allah is full of love, he finally drops some Quranic versus on just how Allah wants Muslims to show their "compassion" and "love" on the unbelievers. Serious, he uses these versus to make the point that Islam is being misrepresented, is really about peace and love, is the only true religion, and why Muslims are justified in repelling the imperialist crusader forces. Emphasis mine.

Mount St. Helens Volcano May Erupt
This report is crossposted here.
News reports indicate that Mt. Saint Helens has started to erupt. I have been posting about this for days, not really believing it would happen. Well, I was wrong! My previous post has been updated daily and is located here. For your convenience, I have reposted it in the extended entry below. Thanks for Digger for notifying me. He's also on the case. UPDATES BELOW
Whoa!! Check out that pic above from Fox News. Awesome! And by awesome I mean I am truly awestruck by the pics, not Spicolli awesome. The pic below is from the Seattle Post Inetlligencer via M.H. King. It's from earlier and only shows the steam
Click here for live video provided by KGW-TV/DT Portland & KING-TV/DT Seattle. You'll have to sit through a commercial before the video starts, but give it a second (link also via M.H. King).
Duane the Forester is pretty close to the volcano and he's liveblogging it. If you can't wait, he reports "At 40 miles away I didn't feel anything rumbling, sorry but this is one of those cases where MSM has an advantage. The ash is headed my way, however so if we get ashfall here I'll photoblog the event."
KGW-TV/DT Portland reports that there were three large bursts, than the eruuption tapered off. No lava in site. Ash and steam from the eruption have caused several flights to be cancelled out of Portland and Seattle.
UPDATE 4:30 EDT: Watching USGS press conference. Eruption at 12:03 PST--lasted 24 minutes, plume went to 10,000 ft. They report no lava flow. Some glacier melt being detected and elevated waterflow. No mudslides detected. The USGS guy says that there have been half a dozen of these types of eruptions since the last big one. The difference between this eruption and those other small eruptions is that the seismic activity was way larger this time. In fact, the seismic action (those are earthquakes folks) this time is GREATER than the big blow. However, experts still don't expect as large an eruption this time. Yeah, this is the inner geek coming out in me.
New favorite quote from Duane who is liveblogging this thing from ground zero: "John Kerry calls it the "wrong eruption at the wrong place at the wrong time"
One expert is now claiming that he is noticing mud flow coming down the mountain.
Mount St. Helens Live Webcam Here. Very Cool. (site down due to volume)
10/02 UPDATE: Some experts saying they expect another eruption shortly.
John Little is also covering this and has some good resources linked in this post which he has been updating. Rob at Say Anything also covering with some cool pics. Daily Recycler has some online news footage, but the link to the live feed above is to a Portland station live covering it and they have some excellent close-up footage. Crazy Gator also has some wicked cool pics. Brian B. is blogging from Eugene and says he might get some of the ash. James Joyner finds an updated story on my earlier report of the morons flocking to Mount St. Helens as tourists.

Before she blew, St. Helens was called "The Fuji of America" because she was so perfectly symmetrical.
Washington's Mt. Rainier and The Three Sisters here in Oregon have both been showing signs of awaking. If The Sisters go, I'll have an incredibly good view, but a fairly safe one. It's the people in Central Oregon who will be screwed. That's cattle country, the cost of evacuating livestock will be phenomenal.
I remember it too. I was living just to the east of Washington in Idaho, and we got a light dusting. My church's camp is in Camas WA, less than 50 miles from MSH, but away from the direction of the blast. The ash there was a couple of inches think. The stuff was incredibly fine and got into EVERYTHING. It was abrasive and destroyed engines and paint jobs. Interestingly enough, if heated hot enough, it makes a beautiful glass that can be blown in artwork. It turned the skies black at noon.
Yup, here in the Pacific Northwest, unless you're talking to someone VERY young, all you have to do is say May 18th, and people know what you mean.

And you just know that Bush won't even bother to apologize when it does blow. Just like he never apologized for all the hurricanes. Sheesh.
Posted by: Sobek at September 28, 2004 12:26 AM (XwlU1)
7
Bush is not responsible for the hurricanes, so why should be apologize? They've found that Mt St Helens has been having unstable reactions such as earthquakes and such - and since this is NATURE, how can Bush be responsible for it's going off like it did the first time? Of course it's going to interrupt the environment and the world's atmosphere, just like anything that is done to anywhere affects our atmosphere. But how in hell does that make it Bush's fault? Nature is Nature. Italy has lava constantly flowing and somewhere in Hawaii, there's another that continues to have lava flowing and all this is Bush's fault? HOW???? Kentucky had a small earthquake last week and is that his fault, too? Sobek, where is your sense of reality???

There's been approximately 1000 small earthquakes there recently. Chad Evans of CNN explains that after the earthquake in between San Francisco and Los Angeles yesterday with 190 aftershocks, due to the FULL MOON, it is possible that Mt St Helens will burst within the week. That is the word today... Wednesday Sept 29th.

Clinton almost got impeached for being a human! In Bush's case it makes no sense to impeach him for that. Never before in the history of the US a president used his power for his own (or his friends) purposes like Bush.
Already we see the effects of Michael Moore coming out. It just gets better
Even if this means to kill thousands of innocent people. Everybody in Europe knew that the so-called weapons of mass destruction were pretended, the UN-inspectors didn't find any of them before the war.
Really? Then how come EVERY, and this means ALL, that's 100% for the dense out there, EVERY European intelligence service agreed that there were WMD in Iraq? Freaking moron.

I've been getting some of this stuff, too, from overseas - at the post I wrote on Armstrong's & Hensley's deaths. Which is odd - why are so many Europeans looking online for the behading videos? If they're such peace-lovers, why do they want to witness such violence? AND NOT A WORD OF CONDEMNATION FOR THE KILLERS. Bush is the killer, to these lemmings.

Are you kidding me here.....please tell me Mr. Spain that you were not impling that what we are witnessing on these videos is some kind of death penalty.....it's not even a war crime...it is nothing less than cold blooded murder at the evilest level. And if you could get any worse...I am going to hope that you did not imply in anyway that our president should get the death penalty! I may not agree with Bush's choices or some of his politics.....but look here bud... you are seriously putting yourself in harms way if you are stating something as sick as that. Others in this world don't take kindly to statments like that. What are you high, drunk?....wake up mister! There are limits to freedom of speech...ooops I forgot you don't live in a great nation that has fought for that right...so keep you comments resiricted to your own country... according to recent info regarding Spain's politics and homocide rate you could use some help.
Rusty I completely understand your anger...remember you are well respected...don't sink to that level of ignorance.

That person is more than a freaking moron. They found enough there, that's why the UN went nuts when we scrapped it all. The people there haver all kinds of weapons, including biological, neurological and environmental. If you smoke cigarettes from Iraq, expect them to not only taste horrendous but even the Iraqi's know what you're getting into your system. They even tell the soldiers that. The water smells funny, the people smell funny, the buildings they build either for themselves or the military smell and they smell for a reason. There's a gym that was built up in Mosul and the soldiers hate to use it because of the smell = it never goes away. Because it's in the ground, it's in the water, it's in the food. The land is full of nuclear, biological and chemical waste. Oh, he had WMD and parts of it, but sold lots of it to Syria before the war and hid most of it underground. Time will tell you ignorant bastard, if you live long enough to figure out the truth. And as to the UN and the UN inspectors, they are nothing but wimps.

AND Michael Moore is one of the biggest jackasses in this country. He wanted to get rid of Bush, but there are plenty of places on the net, inclu ding his own website WHERE HE SAYS HE DOESN'T WANT KERRY IN OFFICE, so Rodri, get your facts straight. Another thing is CLINTON DROPPED THE BALL and he didn't even inform the new admnistration that there was a danger out there called Al Qa'ida!!!! Check it out if you don't believe me. 9/11 would never have occurred if it hadn't been for President Clinton who was more concerned about getting his knob polished that doing his presidential duty!!!! And then he went ahead and allowed Bush to become president without informing him of this major terroristic danger. What they hell kind of President does that? Clinton was NOT human,he was a sex machine! The ONLY and BEST President we have ever had is GEORGE W. BUSH himself. ALL the information you will ever need is on this internet - TRY READING IT FOR A CHANGE BEFORE YOU OPEN YOUR PIE-HOLE!!! Then talk to me assole.

Why are we being attacked?
You get a handfull of emails from some Europeans with their heads up their ass and suddenly you generalize an entire continent.
"NOT A WORD OF CONDEMNATION FOR THE KILLERS. Bush is the killer, to these lemmings.
Europe may be doomed, my friends. It'll be a ski resort for the mullahs by the time your kids are grown, Rusty."
I don't even know where to begin with your comments.
I think your ignorance speaks for itself.
If you had a braincell, it would be lonely.
I'm from N Ireland, we suffered terrorism for over 25 years.....terrorism funded largely by the U.S, but thats besides the point.
America does NOT hold the monopoly on suffering.
British troops were out there from day 1 in Afghanistan and Iraq, we too have suffered at the hands of these murderers, and we also wait in horror for the pending murder of Ken Bigley as you no doubt did with Armstrong and Hensley.
We want these murderers dead as much as you do.
and unlike some other countries we won't be withdrawing our troops and risk the lives of hundreds to save the life of one.

Hi All,
Some do gooders in the UK challenge my governments action of detaining terror suspects and holding them without trial. Although the UK is signed up to the European Human Rights Act we have suspended the bit that deals with terrorist rights. Good job to they gave up their rights when they became the evil sadistic scum they are. Some have short memories like 9/11, American embassy bombings in Africa, Bali etc..
Now we have the beheading of 3 innocent men working in Iraq strange thing is...these guys had rights as well.. the low life that killed them did not take that into consideration so why should we for them??
Lets take off the kid gloves and start hitting them real hard and do the job properly. Politicians STOP listening to the minority and go with the majority cos thats what democracy means!!
Keep safe,

South Korea has sent another 4,000 troops to Iraq, despite warnings from terrorists. By now, they are probably already there. Troops from El Salvadore are already there, too, despite warnings, the same warnings sent to Italy and "the Netherlands" from Mohammed Otta's Martyr's Brigade.

They have been make threats to Denmark for some time now. At the same They time Denmark receives threatening notes, so does El Salvador - believe it or not, there are forces from El Salvador in Iraq. also refuse to beg into the terrorists and their troops went to Iraq. Not many of course, each country can only spare so many troops, depending upon the size of their country and size of their troops. South Koreo just sent 4,000 more. There are over 61 different coalition troops in Iraq at the moment, if not more. It's really about time the world was told the only reason these terrorists are doing these things is not just to stop troops from coming into Iraq, but to change the outcome of the elections there as well as here in the United States. They do not want Bush in office because they know he will not bend to their will. NO ONE SHOULD. They are also trying to stop the elections in Iraq, as they have been in Afghanistan, but even the only real Grand Ayatollah Cleric Sistani has said that the elections must be held in January and the date not changed despite what these terrorists are doing. The real problem here is the UN and their refusal to come into Iraq - sort of like their refusal to go to Darfur while tens of thousands of people die every day there due to Genocide. The ones doing the killing there are also Arab muslims - Islamists. Because the world is full of Muslims, it is really important that these people stand up and fight for their rights and show the rest of the world that not all Muslim are terrorists because it is giving them a bad name. dah... and it seems that they are getting tired of these islamis terrorists (who aren't even from their country by the way) and they are tired of getting killed, losing their families, living in fear and getting away from the bombs that are being dropped to kill these sons of bitches.
The terrorists has asked that all muslims leave Iraq, so they can kidnap, murder and do their damage to any non-muslim in the country. First of all, where would the Iraqi's go? We heard from Allawi today, who spoke to the joint session of Congress, was given a warm welcome and he told them straight out - we will win - please be patient - and he thanked the American people. I am sure he was heard around the world and his speech carried to every ear over there. Our soldiers have had to stop the rebuilding progress, just to fight off these terrorists but I truly believe we are making quite a dent, or why else would they be so desperate right now? They know we are winning the war on terrorism against them and even if they hit these other countries and even our country which they know will do just about everything and anything to stop it - and my gawd, I sure hope they do.
But after listening to Allawi today, he made me feel better about what is happening. He said that none of the troops (coalition, too) and the innocents have not died in vain; his people have also died. He continued to say this fight will eventually be won, even though things look bad now, it's really not as bad as it seems; there is still a lot of good going on there. Again asked for patience, said the Iraqi's will stand by us, actually stand with us, to make this happen. Based on what he had to say today, I finally feel good about this situation and believe we are winning. He came right out and said that invading Iraq and getting rid of Saddam was the right thing to do. Thus far, I'd say, he's a pretty good man for the job of prime minister. I hope they hold onto him. I also hope that within the week he also talks at the United Nations (still the most unuseful group of people I have ever met.) Then he thanked us again; Allawi got a standing ovation. Rome was not built in a day and neither will Iraq but it will be happening. Of that, I have no doubt.
Going back to Denmark (I should say "the Netherlands") have been threated before many times, as has Italy and other countries. You'll find the information on these threats in the same place with the threats to a small place like El Savador. No one is going to bend to these terrorists and NO ONE should be blaming Tony Blair for Kenneth Bigley. His family saying that they are all being held hostage because of Tony Blair is preposterous. Then they go on saying that Tony Blair is a puppet of the United States. argh. As Allawi said, if we give in to these terrorists, all we do is give them free license to continue doing what they've been doing. Allawi made me feel very proud for what we are doing in Iraq and it made me even prouder as a United States of America citizen. We were all questioning our beliefs not long ago; anyone who got to see his speech or can find it on c-span and watch it, will also feel proud that we did and are doing the right thing - along with the other 61 plus countries that make up the coalition. We are making progress. We bombed the building where the terrorists were holding prisoners (the 2 americans and the briton workers) where the Iraqi soldiers found the headless body of Jack Hensley. We also killed the leader of the Hawdid and Jihad group that claimed the kidnappings and murder of the other two American waste water plant workers. We are winning, of that there is no doubt, which is why the terrorists are getting desperate. Terrorism is a global problem and it will take every one of us, every person in every country, every government of every country to stop it. The Taliban are recollecting in Afghanistan, and we're losing soldiers there, so maybe it's time to carpet bomb them again. Afghanistan's elections are coming up soon and they will be held no matter what, just as the elections being held in Iraq in January, will also be held.
We have another thorn in our side that needs removing; that person is the radical cleric, Muqtada Al Sadr, so hopefully he will get killed in the bombings in Najaf, Falluja and Sadr City.
If every country stands together; these terrorists will never win. These guys are not Iraqi and they will kill anyone and everyone they kidnap, no matter what anyone does or says, so all we can do is pray for his soul and give his family the emotional support they need to ge through this horrible time. They can't move around very well right now with a victim in an orange jump suit, if he is indeed still alive.
In a way they remind me of today's democratic party - they love to rant and rave and threaten and lie using their religion against us. It does not matter who is there, they just don't like people who are not muslims, but they have no problem killing muslims, either.
The good people of Iraq in areas like Fallujah, Najaf and Sadr city should move out of that area temporarily so they do not become "collateral damage" and let the US and coalition forces flatten it to the ground to get rid of these rats. The only people I see dancing around dead bodies are other radical islamists around soldiers dead, sometimes burnt bodies of our countrymen. I think other muslims around the world are also getting tired of these barbarian terrorists. Not a day too late, either.

Can a person support the war on terrorism, and support Kerry?
Well, thats who I am. It's a no brainer. Supporting our troops, supporting all out war against international terrorism, these things don't mean support for George Bush.
For many years, going back well before the day of 9-11, I have been waiting for the time the world would take on terrorism. Bush has made an attempt at this, but I always hoped that when it happened, those of us in the free world would be united-there is one of the keys here-in our stand. That the so called Allied forces would work together. The fact is, Bush ignored the rest of the world's thoughts, and he blew a beautiful opportunity at really making a historical, world changing decision, by not taking the time to build a world wide united effort of free people to take on these animals in the way they should be dealt with. Bush blew it, big time. I am not even going to bother going into it deeper than that.
The fact that you Bush supporters stand behind a man, an administration, that mostly avoided service to their country, and that you buy into this nonsense of how it supposedly is that a man who has been to war somehow doesn't know how to fight one, is totally beyond my understanding. It stikes me a bit strange, would you trust a person who never has performed surgery to operate on your heart? Or would you go with the guy who has?
So without further kudos, thats who I am: a supporter of our war against terrorism (Iraq didn't have anything to do with 9-11), a supporter of our troops. I am an independent voter, and usually split my votes based on what I hear, rather that beiong simple enough to vote party lines. Freedom is much more sacred than that.

I still can't believe what I am reading. You can not defeat an ideology in the way that you defeat an army. There are struggles all over the world where terrorism has crippled countries for years such as in Israel, Palestine, Spain Irelnd and England to name but a few. Why does America think it can suddenly win this war by invading Iraq? Bin Laden was the terrorist who launched the attacks on the US, not Saddam Hussein. As repellant a man that he is, I re-itterate, he was not a threat to the US. With regards to Bin Laden, how come he is not being pursued in the way that Saddam was? Lost the appetite for the fight beause it has suddenly dawned on you that such people are very difficult to apprehend. Or, could it be more sinister than that?
Regardless of your stance on the war, whether you be for it or against it, the fact remains that the conflict is now an almighty cock-up. There is no easy solution. An allied withdrawl will probably see a fundamentalist regime take over. Compared to Saddam's securalist state, do you honestly believe that this will serve the people of Iraq better? Similarly, do you see the re-introduction of diplomatic relations between Iraq and the West under such a regime?
Carrying on the battle will result in further bloodshed. Stealth bombing, special forces will not bring an end to this conflict either. Neither will gung ho attitudes, such as "it our duty to save the world from such tyrants". It is a case of damned if we do damned if we dont. Sadly the current administrataion in the US failed to heed the warnings from countries with expeience of terrorism and a real perception of the Middle east and now finds itself the chief target of every fundamentalist Islamic terrorist group in the world. It is not anti war protestors whom the Americans should be berating but rather its own inept and twisted government.
I despise terrorism and its supporters. I am saddened that I can offer no viable solution to the problem. But equally I am apalled at the arrogance of those supporter of the war, whom say that they are trying to make the world a safer place. The world is not a safer place and where-as before the religions of Islam and the rest of the world co-existed to a degree, we are now beginning to see moderate Muslims voice their protests in more determined language. The war if anything is polarising the world's opinions as opposed to uniting then. Thanks a lot Mr Bush et al
Iraqi insurgents, whether they be the remanants of the Ba'ath party, ordinary Iraqis disillusioned by the so-called liberation are now being joined by foreign fanatics.

Geoff, many of those who are against Kerry do so because they don't think he can LEAD. Just because he reluctantly went to war, shot himself in the foot a few times to get out of it, and protested against it, does not mean he'd be a good commander in chief. He doesn't seem to have the stomache for it. Whether you think Bush is right or wrong, we know where he stands. He doesn't need to know how to shoot a weapon or dodge bullets in a swift boat to be commander in chief: he has to be able to make decisions.
And if you're gonna argue that it shows his integrity, that arguement doesn't hold water either. As I've pointed out before, the Beltway Sniper that killed civilians in front of Home Depot stores last year was a trained military soldier.
I've admitted before that both presidential candidates have their downsides. Bush err's on the side of "shot em up", as most Texans do. Kerry, I'm afraid, would do more to strengthen the resolve of the terrorists than the alternative. If you read some of the other posts here on mypetjawa, you'll see that the terrorists aren't Iraqi, they're not doing this just becase the coalition invaded Iraq, but their justifcation comes from all anti-muslim actions around the world, including Russia. I don't see how anyone could honestly think that if the coalition hadn't invaded Iraq, the terrorists would be sitting by their campfires knitting mittens instead of killing people. We just made it easy for them because we put their enemies right in their own back yard, where they're free to hunt.
And James, you may think it's arrogant to support the war, but there are those of us who think it's just as bad to be ignorant about it enough to give the terrorists their victory without a fight. We're not at war with Iraq. We're are war with the people who use terror to conquer others. I'm afraid they've conquered you.
As for you anti-war protestors: you have the right to protest the administration for making what you feel was the wrong decision. But when you use your terroristic like actions to berate the families of our soldiers, I think you've put yourselves in the same cave as Bin Ladin.

DB. This site is beginning to resemble a rubbish tip with the amount of absolute crap that's been submitted. I have not berated the family of anyone and would not consider myself ignorant of the facts surrounding the war. Neither do I consider myself conquered by the terrorists nor do I share their politcal/religious beliefs. How you came to that conclusion is beyond me.
I live in London, but am not English. I did not feel any threat from Saddam Hussein. However since the US led invasion of Iraq, I would say that the possibility of an attack on the Uk mainland by Islamic extremists has increased dramatically. And for that I, like the majority of the British public would hold Blair and Bush accountable. Saddam was a deply unpleaseant leader but he was not an Islamic terrorist which appears to be the understanding of quite a few of the regular contributors.
It is obvious that we will never agree on the legitimacy of the war nor the legality of the war. Still think it would have been more prudent for the US to have concentrated its efforts on dealing with Bin Laden rather than extending the "war on terror" by invading Iraq.
The almighty mess that is Iraq was avoidable. Were it not for the agenda of that neanderthal you call a president, Bin Laden could be in irons now awaiting trial for crimes against humanity. Instead, Bin Laden could be holed up anywhere plotting God knows what, but atleast shit for brains Bus has got his lttle war, it's just thats its not that little anymore.
On another note, and this is not directed towards you but in general to those who believe that europe is lacking in a free media. Firstly the media in most countries have a political agenda of some kind and perhaps nowhere is this most eveident than in Europe. However, where as our reportage is politically biased, just as yours is, ours is uncensored. In Europe we are allowed make up our own minds which I'm afraid can not be said in the US. I can say this because I spent several years working in Chicago. Were it not for the internet, keeping abreast of what was going on in the world would have been nigh on impossible.

SEEKING A WAY FORWARD FOR IRAQ.
It is surely critical that we support efforts to improve the economy for the benefit of Iraq and its citizens. Indeed, many UK companies, which are currently conducting business worth £1.4 billion, have made it clear that they will stay in Iraq despite the risks.
The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London has been contacted three times in one week to give advice on the generic principles of setting up contracts including private dispute resolution, to assist in business between Iraqi companies and potential international partners.
For this to continue, it is imperative that media coverage demonstrates greater breadth and avoids stroking the egos of terrorist groups, encouraging business and much-needed investment.

British Media Exploit Next Beheading Victims Mother
I can't say I blame the mother of soon to be victim of the religion of peace, Briton Kenneth Bigley. I do, however, blame the British media for exploiting an 86 year old woman's pleas for her sons life for their own political purposes. The British media has consistently opposed the war in Iraq and has used every propaganda tool possible to portray that war in the worst light. For instance,
Reuters has consistently refused to use the word "terrorist", even when describing those about to behead a fellow Englishman. The Guardian has been on the forefront of this campaign. Further evidence from
The Guardian:
The 86-year-old mother of the Iraq hostage Kenneth Bigley appeared in public for the first time to beg for his release yesterday as the desperate waiting game entered its second week.
Lil Bigley, supported by her sons Philip, 49, and Stan, 64, begged the Islamist group to free him. In tears she urged: "Will you please help my son? He is only a working man who wants to support his family. Please show mercy to Ken. Send him home to me alive. His family need him and I need him."
But the strain of the public appearance and the anguish of the past eight days had taken its toll on Mrs Bigley - 2 hours after she made her appeal an ambulance was called to the family's Liverpool home. She was taken out on a stretcher and driven to hospital.
Dr Mashood Siddiqi, a consultant from Aintree hospital, had visited Mrs Bigley earlier in the evening. He said: "We are monitoring her condition. She has been under a lot of stress today but she is a strong lady."
It was revealed last night that the families of the two murdered American hostages had phoned the Bigleys to offer them support and sympathy.
Before being taken to hospital, Mrs Bigley said she had been touched by their call, adding she could not imagine what they were going through.
She added that she found the hours between 6pm and 9pm the worst each evening but the family had been taking strength from each other.
Her intervention came after the family rejected Foreign Office advice on how to handle the crisis and instead opted to make their own appeals.
Shame on you Guardian. British readers inform me that the BBC has been doing the same.

How is this exploiting the mother of her child who is about to face execution? If it were my child, I would do anything, anything in the world to try to save him/her. Quite frankly, the last thing I'd be worrying about is whether I was being "used" by the government when my child is facing death. I dont understand why she is being exploited. If I thought appearing on TV and appealing to these monsters would make the slightest difference, then I would.
As for the UK media exploiting the situation, not much exploitation is needed as there is a strong, strong anti-war feeling existing in the UK anyway. I for one, supported the invasion at the beginning and was truly glad that Saddam Hussein was caught. However, my opinions have changed over the course of time due to (a) the ill thought out exit plans for this war (b) the reasons as to why we invaded seem fraudulent-I was under the illusion we were invading due to WMD's-which is now not true (c) the war has become a Pandora's Box. Innocent people are being killed every day and it is just going to get worse and worse. Where and when is this all going to end?
Anyway, I am thinking deeply of Mr Bigley and his family at this horrific time. I also want to say that my deepest sympathies are sent to Mr Armstrong and Mr Hensley's families. It is just deplorable what these monsters have done.

I too as a mother would want to go public and would find away of doing so at what ever cost, i am sure that if it was my son that was awaiting his death i would want to be over in Iraq not sat at home waiting, i know this would be impossible
I think the sooner our lads and ladies of the armed forces can clear Iraq of the religious fanatics who are capable of committing such atrocities on fellow human beings, the better. People who are willing to perform such extreme stunts for worldwide acclaim, or even if they genuinely do simply want their chemical weapons scientists, these people are not wanting peace. They are waging a war, with themselves and the rest of the civilized world. Actions such as this belong in the Dark Ages, not in the 21st century.
I personally don't think the media is showing enough, I made what may have been the mistake of watching one of the beheading videos, I had to turn it off before the very end. What it made me feel is best described physically sick,After seeing the video all I wanted was the complete destruction of Zarqawi and anyone associated with him. I can't imagine a better recruitment video for the military.
The UK government says it will never negotiate with terrorists, yet the UK government negotiated with the IRA over the years so why not now?

There is no way the UK government should negotiate on this. Much as I feel totally sick for Ken Bigley and his family, if the government starts negotiating and meeting the demands of these subhuman monsters, it would be like open day for the terrorists. What next? Oh, Mr Blair, look we've captured another hostage and we are going to slaughter him if you don't assist in the release of Saddam Hussein? No, Tony Blair has got it right in this "damned if you do, damned if you don't" nightmare scenario.
By the way, I dont think it is wise to bring up the issue of the UK government and IRA. That is a different league and a different ballgame...I should know as one side of my family are from Ulster.

DEE: I am a mother of 3 children. As I said in my first post, like you, I would do anything to save any one of my children. I'd chop off my hands, extract my teeth, donate my entire organs to these people if it meant saving my child. Having said that, it is "easier" for me to say the UK government shouldnt negotiate with the terrorists because I am not in that poor family's awful predicament. But the the UK government, especially Tony Blair is in a terrible predicament too, and an unenviable one at that. What I was trying to say, maybe not very well, is that no government can negotiate with these terrorists because it just paves the way for more copy-cat killings. These terrorist will just think they have been given the green light to abduct and threaten murder towards any foreigner if they know governments will bow to their demands.
I read on another website today (when I can remember where I found it, I will post it here) that the terrorist group holding Mr Bigley have said they will not negotiate and they do not negotiate with western governments. They have set their demands and if they are not met, they will kill Mr Bigley. It is an utter nightmare. No side is willing to bend but I can understand why the UK government wont bend and remove their troops etc. Much as I no longer agree with this war (in my little opinion, as I said earlier, this war has opened up a can of worms and quite frankly, is on the brink of developing into a civil war, if it isnt that already), I would be even more disappointed with Tony Blair if he removed the UK troops. We have created part of this mess so now we must clear it up and god only knows how we are going to do that due to again, the ill thought out exit plans.
I, like you, am holding on to the thought, that there is still hope for Mr Bigley. I wouldn't wish that situation he and his family are in on my worst enemy.
Just on a final note, what scares me is that if the terrorists do execute Mr Bigley, I truly fear what is going to happen in the UK. I really mean that. For any US citizen reading this, we have real and I mean real, racial tensions in certain areas in the UK. I honestly do think things will "kick off" in the UK with regards to retaliation attacks on muslims/mosques/ethnic minorities. And this is playing right into the terrorists hands.......spreading their word of hatred and evil.
Oh, I am dreading coming back home to the UK next year.

I am a mother too, and a citizen of the United Sates Of America.
I cannot imagine myself in the situation of Mr. Bigley's mother, and the like of Mr. Armsstrong and Mr. Hensley.
But, I can understand why the government refuse to negotiate with terrorists. Terrorists have insatiable hunger for killing. No negotiations will solve problems of this kind. It will never be a guarantee that these mad people will change their hearts for the good, because they have absoultely no goodness in even the tiniest pores of their skin.
The only consolation I have is knowing that they too will die eventually. I only hope that they die soonest and not later.
I keep a very angry feeling deep in my heart for what is happening to innocent people in Iraq....but, we are at war, and war does that.
I simply pray...pray that the Good Lord looks kindly upon us all. death afterall is simply a beginning of the afterlife. Those terrorists killing people like chickens will never accomplish anything anyway. Let us all hope that the war ends soon, and that we can look to a new tommorow one day.

They have been make threats to Denmark for some time now. At the same time Denmark receives threatening notes, so does El Salvador - believe it or not, there are forces from El Salvador in Iraq. They also refuse to beg into the terrorists and their troops went to Iraq.

VDH on the UN
Victor David Hanson in today's
WSJ (subscription):
These are surreal times. Americans in Iraq are beheaded on videotape. Russian children are machine-gunned in their schools. The elderly in Israel continue to be blown apart on buses. No one--whether in Madrid, Istanbul, Riyadh, Bali, Tel Aviv or New York--is safe from the Islamic fascist, whose real enemy is modernism and Western-inspired freedom of the individual.

Really not all that different. But that was really, really good, Rusty. As soon as I heard Moore's voice, tho, I almost shut it off.
Bush has also said that we will bring the war to them wherever they are - and not on our soil. As savage and brutal these beheadings are, the number of deaths caused by these terrorists who literally are taking over our lives (but not here), the people who go to Iraq, the workers, they know the dangers. That's why they also get paid the big bucks. That's why 4,000 filipino's work there and they are protesting against their government because they want work visa's to go there to work. They know the dangers and the risks and they take them anyway. If I was able-bodied, I probably would too - in the humanitarian way. But they all have to sign a paper releasing the govts, the companies, and so on from any liability should anything happen to them. Yes we should get angry and yes, we should be sickened by these horrendous people and do everything in our power to stop them. And stand by our President and our country and our troops in stopping them no matter where they are across the globe. We should also be grateful for the country in which we live and the man who is doing everything he can beyond parties and Congress to keep us safe.

No offense, Rusty, but your source on this is not unimpeachable. My brain experienced daily meltdowns in a cubicle whose temperature was usually a more or less comfortable 70 degrees.

Those would be the TPS reports getting to you.
Jane,
Ah, now I get why Kerry is ... well, Kerry.

Rusty, You'll appreciate this: Since Thursday, Sep 09, I've been living my dream of doing nothing. It's everything I thought it would be.

City council candidate advocates assassinating Bush, sexually assaulting Bush daughters
With a headline like that the content is sure to be disappointing.
NCTimes:
Daniel Avila, 25, admitted Wednesday that he handed out fliers at the city's Oktoberfest celebration stating, "President George W. Bush Deserves to Be Assassinated." The handbill also called for a sex attack on the president's twin daughters....
Avila first got the attention of authorities when he showed up wielding a hatchet at a July 26 meeting of the Planning Commission. A sheriff's sergeant regularly attends the meeting...
He's running for City Council," Masry said. "We have a situation where these council meetings can proceed without any fear of somebody doing something irrational. Advocating killing Bush and raping his daughters is irrational."
Asked if he has ever committed a violent act, Avila said he has not.
"But if I did, I wouldn't be honest about it," he said.

This isn't the same guy they are looking for who's attempting to assassinate Bush, is it? Nah, that would be too obvious. This might be a joke, but there is someone out there who does intend to try to assassinate Bush - he's been all over the news. I'll have to check Natrix out and see if it's the same guy.

Ok, two different people but at least you have both sickos on your site. Mr Avila is 25 and obviously a total idiot to do such a thing, but the other guy is in his 50's but what his beef is, no one seems to know. Geez, that's the last thing we need.

Dear Secret Service,
If any of you were worth your salt, you'd stop protecting George W. and consider ways of eliminating him. Think of the fame, every American knowns the names of John Booth, Lee Harvy Oswald, and John Hinkley. You'd go down in history and your name and story will be remembered. You'd be a hero and inspiration to billions of people on planet earth. What's the alternative? Dying a forgotten nobody who actually worked to protect a global tyrant? You are in a unique position to the single most important thing that you could do with your life. Rise to the occasion! Meet your destiny! Get Cheney too please!

Let me rephrase the above post:
"Please come drag me away kicking and screaming. Take me to someplace cold and dark with a large black cellmate who has a healthy libido. Never let me see the light of day again. Make me your bitch."

No Bias at CBS Watch
A photo taken outside of CBS's LA affiliate, via
LGF. Hint: Look closely at the windshield.
UPDATE: One of the Communists for Kerry e-mailed me with the confession that a member of the Lenin Youth Brigaide saw this van parked outside the New York CBS affiliate. Not surprising. I guess I jumped the gun in assuming it was LA (LA's CBS affiliate is channel 2 too). Anyway they have a few more pictures up at their site. Go check them out.

I know their entire blame and shame game has been nothing but a big fat lie to hold onto their credibility. I lost interest in this after finding what's posted above - which I find is more important. I can't quite read that sign but I get the drift. What idiots. Like someone wouldn't notice that?? Come on... Puleazze.

Yudhoyono Headed for Victory in Indonesia
Finally some good news for the US from followers of the Religion of Peas. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is
predicted to becme the first President in Indonesian history to be chosen by direct election. Indonesia still has a long way to go before becoming a fully functioning democracy, but this is a move in the right direction from the US standpoint. The best news? Yudhoyono has promised to escalate Indonesia's commitment to fighting terrorism and the Islamist insurgency that has plagued the country. Expect a lot out of the Chomsky wing of the DU on this because Yudhoyono was once stationed in East Timor as chief of staff. This
SF Gate article gives some good background information on Gen. Yudhoyono:
Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, a retired four-star general trained in the United States, led the fight against Indonesia's main al-Qaida-linked militant group. But in a country wary of military dictatorships and human rights violations, he also has projected an image of caution -- and was even nicknamed "the thinking general."
