God Bless Our Veterans on This Day

It seems he looks after them in the field, too.

1 Dude, thanks for the link. I'd like it if this story would get out -- because to me it exemplifies and reinforces my belief that our nation was chosen to serve all that is good in the world. "God shed His grace on thee" is more than just a song lyric.

2 blogito t-shirts and sweatshirts -- customized, even -- at www.electees.com Just as Descartes would have wanted them! If you like what you see, and pass the word along, I'd sure appreciate it. Thanks. pete

3 It just shows that some doctors are better than others. Nothing else.

4 Maybe. You can interpret the event in that way if you wish, but living without a sense that some things are more than coincidence doesn't seem like the most fulfilling outlook on life. I choose to see this exactly like Stotch: Divine intervention.

8 Isn't that word some kind of erectile medicine? Maybe that's why. The program thinks you are a spammer trying to sell it.

9 Oh pur-leeeaaase... Nice story (total fabrications though it is). But when combatting a religious war do we need the "God" propaganda? Again, it all smacks of the "My God is better than yours" mentality.

10 Well, Gawd forbid we step on toes or make those that believe they were dropped here on this planet by other means than creation by God. I will tell you I am 42 years, I have raised 3 of the most MOM fearing children you want to meet. I have watched our society, change right before my eyes for the WORST.... Our government, that has ALWAYS never had a problem with stepping on toes or jumping up and down in someone else's mud puddle. Decides that piss on the OLD ways that seemed to work better than what's going on now... 1. Wives are equal or even better than the MEN they married.... I think it ALL went to hell when this happened. MEN were meant to RUN, BOSS, and RULE... MEN were meant to be the head of households and marriages. I am NOT taking about abusive relationships for you nut cases out there.. ok 2. Don't spank your kids... give them time outs..... YEAH OK .......spanking lets your kids KNOW right away, they screwed up. Time out gives them unconstructive time to contemplate retaliation against you.. haha and don't even try to say spanking warps a child... Have you been to the MALL lately.. There is a mass of unspanked teenage FREAKS roaming there.... 3. Don't fly that Confederate Flag.... You might piss off the other races... Well, Kiss my ass.. and educate ya-selves... 4. Don't pray in school or any other government place.. Don't give a shit bout you but... my heathernous ass ain't taking no chances about heaven..

But, I tell you what I really want... Thats some boudin from Rod's in Church Point... mmmmm mouth waterin already..lol Andrea

15 Speaking of fish..... Rat Reds should still be running if the salt water has backed up far enough into the river. I usta fish them back of the pumping station in Port Sulphur. Dang now see what ya done... Thinkin about Grouper, Trigger Fish, Rat Reds, Red Snapper, White trout, craoker. grrrrrrrr I want it ALL....

Posted by: Andrea at November 15, 2004 12:04 PM (ywZa8)

16 Right now large shrimp $1.60#, Jumbo browns $1.80/$2.00#. I pull a 16' trawl and catch all I want in 1hr. Jumbo blue crabs $5.00 a doz. wholesale. They ship the rest to Maryland. No joke. Chesapeake Bay must running out. Those people up there have always been smarter than us. Ha. Reds and trout are so thick in the Biloxi Marsh (Hopedale/Shell Beach) you can walk on them. Tuna only 10/12 miles out off Southwest Pass. Teal and duck season open with limits for all. Deer season starts Friday. They jump in my cattle feeders. Hogs on banks of every bayou. Wonder why they call it Sportsmens Paradise? A EEEEEE! How do you live without ZATARAINS and Tony Chachere's? Three more months, my boy comes home then its 'Laissez les bon temps rouler' BIG TIME!
