People Unclear on the Concept: Qaddafi Calls USA 'dictatorship'

In his speech on the 28th anniversary of the establishment of the Libyan Jamahiriyah (popular republic), Qaddafi described the United States, Britain and Italy as dictatorships, which should learn “genuine democracy” in Libya.Either Qaddafi believes his own BS about the 'party-less' state or he's been reading a lot of dKos.
