New Tape From Ayman al-Zawahiri

Al-Qaida number two Ayman al-Zawahiri has dismissed the legitimacy of Afghanistan's parliamentary elections in a new tape broadcast by Aljazeera, saying the polls took place under the control of what he called "lords of war".
And you are what Mr. Zawahiri?
"There is no reform except through jihad," he said in the video, broadcast on the Arabic-language TV network based in Qatar.
