France/Germany Don't Want NATO in Afghanistan
So, Senator Kerry, what was that again about building another coalition like the one we had in Afghanistan? Seattle Post Intelligencer:

France and Germany spoke out Wednesday against a U.S. proposal to put NATO in charge of the military and reconstruction efforts in Afghanistan, but U.S. and other officials said the alliance would go ahead and develop options for merging the missions. What worries me most about Kerry is his immature view of world politics. He seems to have no conception of nations acting in their own interests. Rather, he seems to think that nations act out of friendship. Day one of Intro. to IR: nation's have allies not friends. And alliances--those are forged out of mutual interests.

no, he gets it, thats why he plans on kissign european ass, by returning to a police investigation model of a fight on terorism. its what the euroscum support and they will gladly ally thier public talking points to support kerrys paper tiger approach to terror.
they think that terrorism is just a nuisance and so does kerry.

This is ridiculous. France and Germany already told Kerry they would not send troops to Iraq if he was president like he said he would have them do after the first debate. What is their problem anyway?

they dont subscribe to the same world view as americans. terror is like a natural disaster in thier opinion. and should be weathered, not fought.
secondly, they have become such increasingly socialistic nanny states, they dont have the money or a citizenry with any spine to help fight. the euroweanies are to engrossed in the task of staring at thier own navels sucking at the government teet, or blaming america for every calamity known to man for the last 10,000 years.

It makes you wonder what the motives of these two countries are? They probably enjoy what is going on in the Middle East at present. None of these countries have offered any solutions. The new Iraqi government that will be elected in January, will not forget their friends in the future. God bless Iraq and Afghanistan.
