You don't. As a matter of fact whoever it is has never pulled a trigger, slashed a throat, or planted an IED. However, he is the administrator of a terrorist supporting website.
What was the Bush Doctrine again? Something about not distinguishing between the terrorists and those that support them? This guy is not a 'nation state', which is what Bush meant, but he is a bin Laden supporter actively recruiting for the cause.

I got a chilling response from them. It begins with "Ha Ha FBI .....What's a joke!!!!", and ends with "WE LIKE THE DITH AS YOU LIKE THE LIFE, ALLAH AKBAR."
And some pictures of wounded marines and jubilant jihadis.
