Bail Denied in Lodi Terror Case

U.S. District Judge Garland E. Burrell Jr. ruled that the Lodi properties proposed as collateral and the owners of the properties do not offer adequate assurance that Umer Hayat will not flee to his native Pakistan.Judge Burrell made the most prudent decision. I think that, had bail been granted, Umer Hayat would have disappeared.
