Trick or Terror? (Or Just Tinfoil)

by Bravo Romeo Delta

Just food for thought - when the Madrid bombings, and the subsequent defeat of Aznar occurred, I was telling friends and family that the decision of the Spanish made it a near certainty that more Americans would die before 11/2.

I then recalled that the Madrid bombings were three days before their election. Three days before 11/2 is 10/31. The odd coincidence is that, if you recall, after 9/11, there was a concern that Al Qaeda would attack the US that Halloween (which were later debunked).

I know this is fever swamp territory. Let me rephrase that... let's just say that I hope it really is tinfoil-hat grade reasoning.

1 Hi Mr. Rusty....Why isn't the poor American intelligence ever discussed here? Irrespective of whther the Govt.is republican/democrat this is still a major concern. Being a world police ( not being cynical) you should have the best intelligence in the world. [ For eg..the intelligence is unable to eavesdrop the terrrorist contact methods( for eg. Videos sent ) to diferent medias ( for eg. AL Jazzera..funda sites..etc) BTB your DR. stands for Doctor or Doctorate and in which field ( Personal Question )

2 I hope the fears prove unfounded; I will note that in the lead-up to the Australian elections, our embassy in Jakarta was bombed, but no attacks occured on Australian soil. I think they are currently too disorganised for a major attack.

3 Well, considering 10/31 is actually 2 days before Nov. 2, me might be in the clear (but i'm not counting on anything). Yesterday, 10/30 was 3 days prior to Nov. 2. Hoping this interferes with the signal to your tinfoil hate, Editor
