2 I knew I should have opened my own blog, I'm always a few steps ahead of others. But that's not the point. I saw the video and it is indeed horrible. Those people had to lie on the ground and wait for their turn to be killed, two by two, after the disgusting barbaric beheading of the first victim. Then they walked around and shot the others in a head. Each person had to wait their turn and it had to be horrific for each of them, waiting for their turn. Then anyone who stayed breathing was reshot again over and over. The first one that was beheaded, they slicked his throat and waited, while his body continued to gasp for air while his heart pumped the aortic blood out and he gasped for some time before he finally died. Then onto the others. This is more than sick, more than barbaric, more than tortuous and I can't believe that the Kuran actually says to destroy others. Expect more during our election process. These Napalese were not soldiers; they worked for a Jordanian company and they were contractors. So whom were they really threatening? The Napelese or Jordan? Or did they not know. These people are not going to win, not as long as there is breath in every American and even the Nepalese government for this butchery. Them meeting their maker is not the answer. Let them live with Saddam in his garden and let him have his fun with them - then they'd get what they deserve. After all, Saddam still thinks he's the President of Iraq and that whatever laws that are there, he does not acknowlege because He thinks it's still Saddam's laws. Now THAT guy is truly evil in every sense of the word and as long as he is alive, he will always be feared by those people in Iraq. Why go through the Iraq courtroom when Hanging him in public would allay their fears. I know the US Military could wipe out Iraq in a week if they wanted to; I just wish they had the go-ahead to do just that and wipe these people off the face of the earth. Or we should take that new Glad Cling Wrap, wrap it over a particular part of our globe so whatever happens doesnt spill over to the rest of us and just wipe the whole area out so that there are no Muslims, Islamics, et al left on that continent. Get rid of that ARMPIT OF MISERY, blow up Mecca, Bethlehem, Jerusalem, the damn mosques and wipe all of the out. It is what they rightly deserve. Add the Philipines to it. I'm getting really tired of this and the terrorists think they are winning. We focus mostly on what's bad and not what's good or what is good that is going on over there due to our soldiers and those of the coalition forces (82 countries). Terrorism never wins. But unfortunately we have children in this crisis - what will Russia do? ~C

3 Oh, by the way, CNN said there has been a total of over 80 kidnapped and about half have been executed. What we don't focus on are the beheadings of the Iraqi people by these terrorists who aren't even Iraqi, such as translaters, threatened, families threatened and then they stop working with the coalition forces. And they should be counted. I always bring up one other person that you don't have because he isn't listed as a hostage but he would have been a hostage if he hadn't tried to fight back. They should be counted to - because those who have been taken hostage, were grabbed so fast that the victim didn't have a chance to react. But still their deaths have been shown on video. Are we actually helping the terrorists by showing their videos? I was once in the belief that if we showed these things to the American People, they'd finally start to get bullshit and stand up behind our president and our troops and want this fester ended. There are still way too many people who have not seen those horrific images. With Zarqawi gone (possibly dead in Pakistan) all these other groups have showed up, popped up everywhere and by giving them air time, and discussion on blogs, are we actually doing any good? Are we getting the response we had hoped for in our country? Or are we instead giving these terrorists too much attention? Maybe we should focus on the good we've done there and in Afghanistan. Or maybe we should focus on the heroes here at home. My dad was my hero, anyone want to hear about him? Granted, it's not as exciting as beheaded persons but maybe us bloggers should really consider showing the good stuff our troops and the coalition troops have done in both those countries. ~C
