2 I can honestly say that I was in no way surprised that he got off, though I expected it to be a hung jury at least. I told my wife that this would probably be how he got off, and that one of the jurors would suddenly have about a million dollar book deal, since it would be easy for Jackson's people to pay a publisher to make a deal with a juror, providing said juror voted not guilty. Of course, if every singele juror gets a book deal, which is likely, it will still be a clear case of a not guilty verdict bought and sold. Commerce trumps justice every time.
