Islamic Militant Executed For Murders Of American Missionaries

Abed Abdul-Razzak Kamil, an Islamic militant, was executed in Yemen today for the murders of three American missionaries:

Yemen ObserverÂ—The Ibb Appeal Court executed this morning by a firing squad Abed Abdul-Razzak Kamil, who killed three American missionaries in Jibla, 5 km to the south of a southern province of Ibb in 2002.
The execution took place in the yard of the central prison of Ibb, which was attended by prison, police and judicial officials.
Some staff of American embassy in SanaÂ’a attended the execution, however, no confirmation made from the US embassy in Sana'a. ...

Abed Abdul-Razzak Kamil was convicted of killing American missionaries Martha C. Myers, William Koehn, and Kathleen A. Gariety.

Wipe Them Out

When Saudi security forces learned the location of the al-Qaeda cell that perpertrated last weeks attempted bombing of oil facilities, the order was given and carried out.

Herald Sun News : Security sources said that according to their information the suspects holed up in the Al-Yarmuk quarter of Riyadh, who battled police for an hour after being surrounded in the early morning, were linked to the Abqaiq attack.
"Five armed wanted men were killed today," a police officer said. "Large quantities of arms and explosives as well as material destined to prepare car bombs have been seized."
The suspects "used grenades in a bid to flee but they were prevented in doing so. The clashes are over. The (suspects') lair was assaulted and we killed those we found there".

Yahoo News : Iraqiya named the man as Abu Farouq and said he was captured with five others in the Sunni insurgent stronghold of Ramadi, west of the capital.
It said Abu Farouq al-Suri, previously unknown to the media, was captured by the Wolf Brigade, one of several counter-insurgency units operating within the Shi'ite-run Interior Ministry but accused by Sunnis of targeting civilians in their community.

1 It's a real b*tch when the chickens finally come home. The level of response is interesting. The attack was against a Saudi owned facility, prompting a massive, violent response. I don't recall this level of action being taken after expat compounds and interests were attacked. The reports of the aftermath of those attacks usually involved the bad guys getting away somehow.

11 background noise: I haven't got any pictures, so you might not understand it. I know you would prefer chunky Crayola but I'll try and make you understand. Terrorists work in "cells" these cells work independent of each other. One cell has no operational ties, to another cell. The structure is based, like a pyramid. The bottom being the lowest members, the next tier are most likely "commanders", the next tier "local lieutenants" of multiple cells, followed by lieutenants, till you finally get to the Z man. You capture a cell member, he will not even know of the other cells operating, you capture the "commander" of the cell, he most likely knows the next man in the chain. To make it less confusing for you, I'll say this: It is unlikely even the 2nd lieutenant has even sat in the same room as Zarqawi in a very long time. Most of the cells do not communicate between each other by technology, but by courier -- hence the intercepted written words between members. now go back to your tickle-me-elmo coloring book.

13 Capturing terrorists is good. But you have no idea who this guy is... and the report did not come from the US military. It came from the Wolf Brigade. They are implicated in death squad activities. You would think with all the middle management swept up that Zarqawi has no one to lead. Even crazy old Don Rumsfeld says we have created more terrorists than we can kill. In light of that admission, blithely hoping that everyone of the bad guys is captured and no one is inflaming the situation is foolish. Fortunately, we can see how this "War on Terrorism" is going - by the administration's own accounting. Here is a story that most folks missed in the furor over the Cheney shooting. Admittedly it isn't as sexy as getting shot in the face, but the news of the The National Counterterrorism Center terrorist suspect list should give you sanguine folks some pause. According to the National Counterterrorism Center there are 325,000 names on their terrorism suspect list. That is more people than worked in New Orleans prior to Katrina (and a hell of lot more than work there now). This came to light after 30,000 people were mistakenly matched to the no fly list. What the hell does that mean? Suspected terrorists have a 90% chance of getting a seat in first class as long as their name isn't Cat Stevens? But hey.... let's compare apples to apples and look at how things have gone since we invaded Iraq and made it a central front on the GWOT. In 2003 they only had 75,000 names on the NCC list. Now we have almost 5x as many. They're spawning faster than rabbits. Donald Rumsfeld is right. We are literally creating terrorists faster than we can kill them... actually 10x faster (assuming all the civilian deaths in Iraq were terrorists). Since 2002 we have spent almost 400 Billion on the War on Terrorism. In other words, it costs us more than a million dollars a pop to create just one terrorist! That is insane! Good thing we are fighting them over there...we can't afford to keep creating them over here! I don't know where people find their confidence given this administration's approach to forecasting. Consider the original cost of the war in Iraq (50 Billion) vs. now (400 Billion and counting). Consider the duration of the war (6 months) vs. now (20 years). consider the deficit projected for 2007 (200 Billion) vs. now (400 Billion). If you look at it that way this list of 325,000 may represent only one quarter of the candidates. Here's the kicker. They don't even have confidence in their own reporting. They tell us that although there are 325,000 names on the list ... the unique names are closer to 250,000. So the original 75,000 they had in 2003 are now reduced to what... a rounding error? == It is not fair to denigrate mindless Bush supporters as ignorant. For mindless Bush supporters, "denigrate" means "make fun of".

Peacenicks Plan to "Storm" White House

In the lingo of the left, "genocide" = any civilian killed by U.S. troops, regardless of extraordinary measures taken to avoid civilian casualites. It does not include mass murderers in the Sudan bent on wiping out animists, Christians, and black Muslims.

"Torture" = any time the U.S. deprives a prisoner of sleep. "Torture" does not include enforcement of sharia law, in places like Fallujah under the 'resistance', where beheading, arm and tongue amputation, and stoning to death are institutionalized.

"Occupaton" = any time the U.S. liberates a country. It also includes any Jewish majority anywhere. It does not Turkish, Iraqi, Syrian, and Iranian control over Kurdish territory.

United for Peace plans to "storm" the White House to "Stop Genocide, Torture and Occupation".

It's not so much that we're not against genocide, torture, and occupation. It's just that we fundamentally disagree on what those words mean.

Jill Carroll Execution Deadline Passes

The deadline set by terrorists in which they claimed they would murder American reporter Jill Carroll if all female prisoners in Iraq were not released has passed. No word on the fate of Jill Carroll.

We pray Jill Carroll is released unharmed.

The good news is that that several similar deadlines have already passed, so hopefully the SOBs holding Jill Carroll are just making idle threats.

"The Ministry of Interior said that she is alive and that they have information with regard to where she might be held," Khalilzad said in an interview with Fox News.
"The minister announced today that he is optimistic about her release," he said.
The U.S. ambassador did not say how the Interior Ministry knew about Carroll's well-being.
An apparent deadline set by kidnappers holding Carroll in Iraq passed Sunday with no word.

UAE, Drug Smuggling, and al Qaeda

Dubai (one of the member states of the UAE) is known as the 'Switzerland' of the Middle East. Why? It's not because of their long tradition of neutrality and better-than-average cheese making abilities. No, it's Dubai's don't ask, don't tell attitude about people doing business in that country.

Dawood Ibrahim himself is, by all accounts, living in Pakistan, but his baby brother Anees -- another suspect in the 1993 bombing -- was recently hanging around in Dubai. In 2002, Emirates authorities arrested Anees, and India finally expected to be able to bring him to account. But rather than extradite him to India, the UAE abruptly released him on bail and deported him back to the brier patch -- Pakistan....
Anees Ibrahim wasn't the only narcoterrorist who cashed in a "get out of jail free" card in the Emirates. Another suspect in the Mumbai bombing named Abu Salem was captured in UAE in 2001, and then quickly released before India could even request his extradition. Salem was later picked up in Lisbon, Portugal, after spending some time in Atlanta and attracting the attention of the FBI. Indian journalists and politicians report that Salem, after falling out with D-Company, had taken up with al Qaeda.
I don't doubt that the UAE has provided a great deal of assistance to the United States in the War on Terror, for which we ought to be grateful. And all nations will have organized crime of one variety or another, so the presence of some wiseguys in Dubai doesn't disqualify them from doing business in the USA. My point is that these particular gangsters are also Islamic terrorists with serious links to al Qaeda, and there is precious little evidence that Dubai is serious about stopping them.

As pointed out - organized crime can not be found just anywhere - but virtually everywhere. On the point of criminal activity, they will gravitate to the weakess points anywhere - and the UAE is surprisingly not one of them. For this you should look closer at South America and SE Asia. Some should do a little research on a big player behind the scenes pushing the Dems and others - the affected unions here in the US. There is a fascinating story here with a lot of history - they were once one of the largest and most powerful (and corrupt) unions in the nation. At one time, they had more power and influence over this country than the UAW or Mine Workers. The way we run and operate our ports today began slowly in the early '70s as a direct result and reaction to them.

What pisses me off most about all this is the deliberate (DELIBERATE) attempts to equate Port with port terminals, and port terminal operations with Port Security/Operations. 10 Fringe? My that is an old term. You never hear that one used anymore. Funny how first we have an "expert" who managed ports or some such thing, and now there is someone who "knows people in the CFR", and of course don't worry everything is just fine. Meanwhile they will continue to sell our ports, railway system, highways, bridges and airports to foreign corporations. People are waking up though. People are beginning to realize what is going on, and they do not like it one bit.

21 I still can't believe it. People are allowing their attention to be diverted from the most important issue regarding this deal. Yes, there are obvious irregularities and "conflicts of interest" involved, in this little deal really, which are of concern surely. These are sides issues of less importance though, in comparison to the fact that ownership or control, when not both, of our entire infrastructure has already been sold to foreign corporations. It is not just our seaports which have been sold off over the last four Presidential administrations. If only that were all there is to it. No, also our airports, railways system, trucking companies, highways and toll roads, bridges, hospitals, national retail chains, shipping companies, and even most of what little domestic industrial capacity left here to us in the US, have already been sold off. For whatever reason, whether by design or by accident, the public has become aware of some of this because of the DPW of the UAR Ports deal. The electronic media however has not told even half the story. For example DPW is not buying control of a mere 6 ports, but 21 ports in fact. Thus far media coverage has focused on the sensationalist possibilities, which I am certain the Bush admin, both can and will put to rest as they proceed with the deal. Media coverage is also making this a very sensationalized partisan issue. Clearly however both US Parties have been fully complicit all along, in selling control and ownership of our entire infrastructure to the multinational corporate alliance. This same global confederation of Big Corps, doing all the buying, has no loyalty to any nation state. In fact this multinational corporate alliance, is becoming more powerful in wealth (the one true power) than all national governments put together, and they are doing it through the buying of the infrastructure within all nations, everywhere, not just here in the US. Well what can expect of the media? It too is owned and controlled by the same global confederation of corporations.

Pamela Rogers Released From Jail

(McMinnville, Tennessee) Convicted child sex offender and former teacher, 28-year-old Pamela Rogers, was released from jail yesterday after completing about six months of her nine month sentence. Rogers (aka Pamela Turner) earned an early release through good behavior.

To refresh everyone's memory, Pamela Rogers Turner (photos) was arrested and charged in February 2005 with 15 counts of sexual battery by an authority figure and 13 counts of statutory rape of one of her students, a 13-year-old boy. In August, she pleaded no contest as part of an agreement with the prosecution and was sentenced. The agreement provided for dismissal of most of the 28 counts against her.

I think it's important to remember that Rogers was convicted of having a three-month sexual affair with a 13-year-old boy. Her crime was a clear case of child sexual abuse by a person in a position of authority and many observers believe Rogers received very lenient treatment by the court.

Her sentence includes seven years probation which, if violated, will send her back to jail. Rogers is already entered into the Tennessee sex offender registry with her photo posted on its website. In addition, she must complete 90 hours of community service.

In summary, the former teacher and former homecoming queen opens a new chapter in her life as an ex-convict and registered sex offender on probation. She forfeited her career, her good name and her marriage. In return, she's blanketed her life and her future with a dark cloud.

Poor decision-making skills produce poor results.

2 The real emotional effect of a story is when it reduced to an individual with their name beside a picture. This is what has happened to Pamela Joan Rogers. I started studying this story on 11.August.2005, when she took the plea. I watch the coverage on television that night and said she is not guilty. I have spent many hours since then studying the case. Talking with attorney about how it was conducted, talking to investigators about how it was not investigated correctly, talking to individuals that had some knowledge of the case. All this information makes me one hundred percent sure that I am correct when I say she is not guilty of anything. Her ex-husband and several of his friends and several people that did not like Pamela stung Pamela Rogers. I now know why the 13-year old boys' family could not say anything about the case. I now know why the 19-year old boy had to say what he said about the case. I now know why Pamela had to take the Plea. I now know who the 8 men and one woman involved in the sting are. I now know what the connections between Pamela and these 8 individuals are. This complex case is very simple when you put the time into it to understand what was happening. The case was completely made up for humiliation of Pamela at the time her ex-husband was asking for a divorce. Nothing improper happened between her and the 13-year-old boy. The case became public on the 28.January.2005 and she was indicted on 04.February.2005. No investigator or Distract Attorney could have understood a case this complex in that short of time. I am completely sure I am correct about the case. There is no evidence for Pamela to be guilty; there is no circumstantial evidence for her being guilty. The study of this case shows a Pamela Joan Rogers that is so nice that everyone at Centertown School simple adore her. Dan Bass danba@usit.net

5 You guys make it tough to take a side. On one hand, I agree with john ryan just from my own personal experiences with puberty. If it were my child, I would be on the warpath. But when I was 13, I spent many an afternoon or night in my treehouse with a pair of binoculars staring at the 20-something divorcee either in her shower (bedroom window was always open) or watching her getting a tan in the backyard. I would have loved for her to teach me a thing or two back then. I even used to go over and do things for her - like mow her yard, carry in groceries, etc. As an adult now, I suspect she knew I was her own personal peeping tom. I believe the open window was payment for the chores I did for her or she just liked to be watched. That was one pretty young lady and, if not at age 13, I'm sure my dad would not have been too upset by the time I was 15 to hear I was boning the single woman that every man on the street talked about. Of course, I was too young and stupid to even think about making an awkward move. Ironically, she was also an elementary school teacher. But Dan, it's hard for me to believe anyone would give up their career, reputation, and future unless she did more than what you say. Under most circumstances, a truly innocent person would fight like crazy for the sake of their own name. What you're saying is that she rolled over (no pun intended) due to a conspiracy. If the 13 y.o. were lying, a good lawyer would have had him on the witness stand and have him in tears confessing to the JFK assassination. I would only advocate putting a 13 year old through this IF I was sure he were lying, BTW, so we don't get into a mode of blaming the victim. I would demand to put the evidence on trial. If she really didn't do it, then what possible evidence could there be other than his word against her word unless he went straight to the police and had them break out a rape kit? That's why I find your story difficult to believe. I'm not saying it's not true because I'm not familiar with the case other than what I've heard on TV but if you can come across (again, no pun intended) with some hard information instead of vague statements, I'll give you a chance to win me over but our prisons are littered with people who are inside due to some grand conspiracy against them - their words, certainly not mine. What I see happening is a kid who gets lucky. He knows he's lucky and, like all 13 year old boys, brags about it to all his friends. Word gets around and one parent calls his parents and the story blows wide open. Again, I'm willing to read further if you can point me somewhere but it would have to be pretty convincing because any half-way decent lawyer and/or judge wouldn't allow all of the 'chatter' that has nothing to do with the case, to be presented. 9 The difference has a lot to do with the perception by the parent and the age of of the child and his awareness. A mentally retarded (or PC equivalent) 13 year old would never (hopefully) be acceptable to the parent or by society as a teacher's sexual partner. There have been lot of movies where the teen boy spends the whole two hours trying to get with the older woman. Most people don't seem to have a big problem with a 'normal' hormonal boy and an older woman. The line gets a lot fuzzier when it's the kid's teacher but, otherwise, they're considered normal feelings. Many fathers would just be relieved to find out their son isn't gay. Even most liberal parents don't want their son to be gay though they might tell you otherwise. It's kind of like the hypocritical anti-gun leftists who only think it should apply to everyone but themselves and their bodyguards. I'm not saying it's right or wrong. It just is. A normal, 13 year old heterosexual male trying to get laid isn't considered taboo. It's considered normal. How many of us men can honestly raise their hand and say they didn't want a chance to nail every teacher they had that was within reason when their hormones kicked in? To a 13 year old, any woman under 80 years old and 400 pounds is within reason. But at 13, a teenage boy is not likely to have come to accept any homosexual feelings he may have nor has it become acceptable for that type of relationship that NAMBLA is trying to make legal, much less a teacher and a student. Just my 2 cents.

12 Pamela Joan Rogers 26. February.2006 Pamela Joan Rogers has now completed her jail time. In the 198 days she was in the Warren County Jail, I was able to befriend her and find out that she is a very sweet nice kindhearted person. This is exactly what people that know her have said about her from the beginning of this ordeal. I have studied the case for hundreds of hours and know that she is not guilty of anything. Ms Rogers was just too trusting and she let herself get involved in a sting. I have talked with her parents, I have talked with the young manÂ’s family, I have talked with teachers at Warren County High School were the young man is now a student, I have talked with teachers at Centertown School, and talked with people in general around Warren County and have figured out who was involved in the sting. I have received information that the young man has told several different people that there is nothing to this case. There is no question Â“Pamela Rogers is not guilty of anythingÂ”. Her plea was nodo contendere, which means that she said not guilty. Even the DA said it was no admitting of guilty. The boyÂ’s mother told me the last thing that Pamela told her when this mess started was that she would not do anything to hurt her son. So she went to jail to keep the boy from having to testify at a trial. The mother told me that Pamela did not do anything to be humiliated like she has been. She also told me her family had been treated like criminals and that the case had been handled very poorly. Remember we are talking about people that were very close friends although the District Attorney has forced them to stop talking now. One member of the boyÂ’s family told me that Pamela was like a sister or daughter and before this mess came up they all adored her. My analysis of the case is that the ex-husband was very close friends with a few people that were very close to the investigator for the District Attorney and the District Attorney himself and this group of men and one woman decided to sting Pamela Rogers because of the nasty divorce between her and her husband. Also the mother told me that the woman involved in the string most likely was PamelaÂ’s ex-husband lover. There was also an earlier major problem between the boyÂ’s family and several of the people involved in the sting according to the boyÂ’s mother, which reinforces ideas of a sting. So one can draw the conclusion that the sting was not only directed at Ms Rogers, but also at the boyÂ’s family and it all was for the purpose of humiliation and belittlement. An analyzation of the films made of the District Attorney more than shows that he was getting a very big high out of talking on National TV shows about this beautiful lady performing sexual related acts on this 13 year old boy. His performance on films made at the trial verifies this conclusion. With the closeness of the investigator for the District Attorney and the District Attorney to this group of people, one could most reasonably conclude that they all knew about what was to happen back in October 2004, when the ex-husband was trying to get Pamela connected with this boy. What the Pamela Joan Rogers case reduced to is that there was a group of men and one woman in McMinnville Tennessee that got the District Attorney to humiliate these two families and Ms Rogers had to take the Â“no contestÂ” plea to keep these friends of the District Attorney from putting her in prison for many years. This is just another example of the pit falls in our legal system and shows why we have the right to expect the people that enforce our laws to be of the highest moral and ethical character.

3 I'd like to see a sleding race like something out of Ben Hur, where the sledders need to "kill or be killed" as they travel at high speeds down a steep mountain slope. Athletes should be permitted to take as many drugs as needed. And there should be no rules, none. Last one standing gets the gold, and if there's anyone else alive, they can fight over the other two.

4 1) One of my favorites is one my buddies and I do at the beach house twice a year: a)empty several cases of beer; b) toss cans out into the yard; c) load/shoot .22 rifle*; d) whoever hits the most in row wins. Competition continues until we run out of ammo, until it gets too dark, or until everyone passes out. * Our place is secluded so a BB gun will work in a more populated area. 2)It would be pretty cool to dress up a bunch of competitors in those sumo wrestling outfits and just watch them fall down. That never gets old. 3)Anything where guys get hit in the sack. 4)Anything that could produce the new 'Agony of Defeat' guy. Any or all of these would mean higher ratings for NBC. However, I would keep the womens's figure skating. The only reason that gets high ratings is that men like to watch nearly naked 18 year olds with their leg over their own shoulder. NBC: call me.

5 I'd like to see "Polar Bear Cub Snatch". In this event the athletes (unarmed of course) must steal a cub while in the presence of its mother and carry it by hand over the finish line, 500 metres away. Points are awarded for the weight of the cub taken and the time taken to cross the finish line.

British Judge Okays Baby's Death Over Parent's Objections

The parents of Charlotte Wyatt have been told that doctors are to be allowed to let their profoundly ill baby daughter die if they feel it is in her best interests.
A High Court judge yesterday lifted a previous ruling that she should always be resuscitated, on the grounds that the two-year-old was now on a "downward rather than an upward trend".
Mr Justice Hedley heard an emergency application from doctors treating her that she had developed an aggressive chest infection and was unlikely to survive any moves to keep her alive.

This is happening in the UK, but how far down this slope has America slipped?

2 Sounds too me that these 'Doktors' trained at the 'Josef Mengele Mercy Hospital'. They should haveb re-studied the Hippocratic oath, before deciding that both they and the Judge can decide too assume the title of God. The 'Doktors' in this case, shouldn't be employed at a Hospital but at a slaughterhouse, there they can engage in butchering for a just cause and at the same time satisfy their bloodlust. The judge can be compared with the Nazi Judges of the past, they too decided that the 'inferior' human specimen's should be butchered, until of course, the just put an end to their crimes against humanity.

RIP: America's Deputy - Don Knotts Dies At 81

From the LA Times:

Don Knotts, the saucer-eyed, scarecrow-thin comic actor best known for his roles as the high-strung small-town deputy Barney Fife on the 1960s CBS series "The Andy Griffith Show" and the leisure-suit-clad landlord Ralph Furley on ABC's '70s sitcom "Three's Company," has died. He was 81.
Knotts, who lived in West Los Angeles, died Friday night of lung cancer at a Los Angeles hospital, according to Sherwin Bash, his longtime manager.

When I was a kid our TV got only two stations. One of them carried The Andy Griffith Show. The world will be a less interesting place without Deputy Barney Fife.

ToonTown Riots Over Iranian Remarks

Violent demonstrations have erupted in ToonTown over incorrect remarks made about the revered 'toons Tom and Jerry (PBUT) by an Iranian professor.

Luckily, no 'toons have been killed or injured as of yet, due to the remarkable ability of these creatures to regenerate themselves.

Rumors are circulating that half-human, half 'toon The Mask is mobilizing a group of heavily armed 'toons to tunnel their way into Tehran and exact revenge, with close air support provided by Marvin the Martian and Duck Dodgers.

A source close to the action told me "Being called a Zionist plot is a badge of honor, that's not the problem. But when they associate the great Tom and Jerry with the lame ass studio that gave us pap like The Little Mermaid, it's time for war."
