The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that terrorist traitor and general rat bastard Jose Padilla
. The ruling means that Padilla does not have claim on US courts for relief and that his hippie-dhimmi allies at the ACLU will just have to continue to annoy us with lawsuits aimed at getting the gays married instead of trying to spring terrorists from the pokie on technicalities.

This might not go to the Supreme Court, but it certainly will make for some entertainment at the Roberts confirmation.

Yeah, we'll get to see the potential Democratic nominees for Prez line up in support of decision, and the rest against.

I'm glad the rat bastard is locked up. I would just like to know WTF we're gonna do with him and the shitheads in Gitmo. It has to end as some point. Either they get locked up or the death sentence (the latter preferred)

Rusty, we might see all the Demoncrats except for the DLC types line up against the Roberts nomination. Whether true or not, I believe the Dems think they smell blood in the water. Frankly, I don't believe they have the President on the run, but I think they believe they do. Big difference that has ruined their hopes for the past three election cycles.
The Dems think that if they can just ramp up the rhetoric they might succeed. You know, if you throw enough shit on the wall, some of it is bound to stick. This is the mentality we are up against.
The mentality is very much like Robespierre and the Committee he formed during the French Revolution. These people have an agenda, and nothing, especially logic will be allowed to get in their way. Right now they are still trying to manipulate the system, but I think that they will get tired of that and resort to outright political violence. As a matter of fact, there were several instances of them doing just that in the 2004 election.
Seriously, we need to be on our guard and be especially watchful because they are in the process of forming an alliance with Muslim extrememists. I can see the Islamists being the footsoldiers of these people, mainly because most of them do not have the guts to do anything themselves other than threaten people while using the internet. Time will tell if I'm right, but I sense a ratchating up of rhetoric and emotion.

Thanks for the link --
Think about it, yes the guy should be punished, no doubt. Death would be applicable. However, he is still a US citizen. With that he has some rights, even as an enemy combatant. More likely he would probably charged with treason.
I think that because he is a citizen, this could be pushed to the Nth degree, all the way to SCOTUS. I wil lnot be surprised.

We need a law to strip anyone of citizenship if they're convicted of promoting, supporting, aiding, or abetting terrorism.

well if he is charged of treason and than found guilty of that charge, isnt that an automatic death sentence???....it should be for traitors...an example needs to be made of someone and might as well start with the one you have on hand with Padilla...if you dont make an example it will only embolden more of them to do more traitorous stuff...show that you mean business and the rest should fall in line

Take him to the nearest Federal SuperMax prison, and put him in General Population. Within three days he'll "accidentally" hit his head on the toilet. 17 times.
