Yes my pet name for Abu Musab al-Zarqawi but I’m not the only one who wants him dead now. Today there were massive demonstrations in Jordan calling for Mr Zaqueery to quote “Burn in Hell”. Now there is one group of chanting protesters I can agree with. Early in the year it was apparent after the bombings in Egypt that Al-Qaeda in Iraq’s methods caused political problems for them. Mr. Zaqueery must have a short memory for now he has bombed Jordan. Moslems even those who sympathize with the cause or the root cause can no longer deny the pure evil of the Al-Qaeda doctrine. Even Palestine whom Al-Qaeda claims to be helping finds itself today a victim of the terrorists who kill in a cowardly random fashion. Coupled with protests in Morocco last week it is now apparent that the war on terror will be won. Both our pressure and the pure evil of their tactics have put the writing on the wall. The harder they try the more people hate them including peoples all over the Middle East. The world is shrinking every day for Al-Qaeda soon they will be history.

He saved the Indonesians the trouble and as far as I know the 27 raisins donÂ’t count when you blow yourself up to avoid capture. Nope no raisins for you Mr Azahari Husin maybe if you had been Japanese and used Saki and a sword, looser!!!! Mr. Husin has been pursued relentlessly by Indonesian police and had been quite slippery barely escaping several times. Today his luck ran out.

10 This could also potentially be a bad thing. It's great that another one bites the dusts, but by this I mean that we knew who this guy was and pretty well had him contained from conducting/planning another attack as big as Bali. The way these terrorist cells and networks work is that there are anywhere from 2-5 terrorist "waiting in teh wings" to take over said dead guys job. It works the same way in Iraq and Afghanistan. The difference between Iraq/Afghanistan and Indonesia is that we have the intelligence assets to identify the next guy in Iraq/Afghanistan, the Indonesians are quite as quick about identifying the next would be Azahari. Again, cheers to another less than contributing human being ending his life, but there are more out there and we know less now of who they are...

11 Bill, by your logic, we should leave them all alone and just watch them as they go about their business. When we kill one "mastermind", that means that a second stringer has to take his place. Then a third stringer, then a fourth, et cetera ad infinitum, until they run out of "masterminds". It looks already like they've used up their best and brightest, and I use the terms loosely, and are relying on idiots like Zaqueery, who has only managed to turn more muslims against him than to him. We are winning, and one of the ways we are doing so is by killing the enemy. Duh.

Nasar is an operative thought to be involved in the planning of the Madrid train bombings.

CNN: The U.S. counter terrorism officials confirmed the man in custody was Nasar, a 47-year-old Syrian who also has Spanish citizenshipÂ… Â…One of the counter terrorism officials cautioned against overstating his importance in the terror network, saying Nasar was a "background" guy with a "number of contacts." "Nasar is best known for his writings," the official said. But the official added, "We're better off that he's captured."

Project Valour-IT, in memory of SFC William V. Ziegenfuss, provides voice-controlled software and laptop computers to wounded Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines recovering from hand and arm injuries or amputations at major military medical centers. Operating laptops by speaking into a microphone, our wounded heroes are able to send and receive messages from friends and loved ones, surf the 'Net, and communicate with buddies still in the field without having to press a key or move a mouse. The experience of CPT Charles "Chuck" Ziegenfuss, a partner in the project who suffered hand wounds while serving in Iraq, illustrates how important this voice-controlled software can be to a wounded servicemember's recovery.
