I loved the slogan...Islam is indeed a cancer. There may be a billion muslims but they can't fight or organise an army apart from cowardly terrorist attacks. There is no military might in the muslim world and little old Israel will continue kicking their sorry backsides. Mohammed passed on a crap fighting tradition to his useless warriors.
